• MEASURING PRINCIPLE :
– BASIC ELECTRODE IS OF ALUMINIUM
COUNTER ELECTRODE OF GOLD FILM
THRU WHICH WATER CAN PENETRATE
– MOISTURE SENSITIVE ALUMINIUM
OXIDE SERVES AS DIELECTRIC
– WATER MOLECULES OF HUMID GAS
DIFFUSE THRU PORES OF OXIDE LAYER
AND CHANGES IMPEDENCE OF THE CELL
– SIGNAL FROM SENSOR IS PASSED ON
TO MOISTURE ANALYSER TO PROVIDE
