From time to time, you will catch a Pok�mon that has a certain mark on it. This mark acts like a Ribbon in that it appears in the status screen when your Pok�mon achieves a certain thing, most of which are determined on capture. The Mark Rarity is as follows:
The Mark Charm was introduced in Pok�mon Sword & Shield's Isle of Armor. This basically gives 2 extra rolls for getting a mark, essentially tripling the rates. Click the below links to check the legality of the Pok�mon and the marks. Pok�mon Listings |

There is one added effect. Much like Ribbons, you have the ability to properly attach the mark to the Pok�mon. This means that, when you throw the Pok� Ball with the Pok�mon and call it into battle, it will have a special tagline that shows it has the mark |
