Like past Pok�mon games, there are numerous Pok�mon that you don't get by capturing, but rather by a person kindly giving you the Pok�mon. This is often the easiest way to get most of these Pok�mon and in some cases, the only way.

In the train station at the Meetup Spot in the Wild Area, you will find a man and his children. If you have save data for Let's Go, Pikachu! on your Nintendo Switch and speak to his daughter, you will receive a Pikachu. If you have save data for Let's Go, Eevee! on your Nintendo Switch and speak to his son, you will receive an Eevee. Both of these Pok�mon are able to Gigantamax, but they are locked and cannot be Shiny.
