INTRODUCTION

An on-the-job training is an approach in acquiring new set of skills that will be beneficial in real working environment. It is

used in order for them to be knowledgeable and competent in their chosen career. This allows the trainee to gain sufficient experiences

working in different types of working scenarios that they will encounter on a daily basis in work. This is designed to expose the trainees in

different environments which are relevant to their area of study.

The OJT trainees learn through observing and asking questions to their mentors. In addition to this, they tend to receive

constructive criticism from their supervisors and coworkers. Those feedbacks can further help the trainees in improving the quality of their

works and learn how to embrace their mistakes and gain relevant skills from the different professionals that they encounter in their

chosen company.

On-the-job training is not just about training and working, it the process of gaining knowledge and improving the skills of a

trainee. This is to ensure that they can be qualified to work on a real environment in which there are a lot of opportunities and space to

grow. This types of training is really beneficial for the trainee and also for the company.

was so intense that at last, we are able to see and feel what an actual architect would feel like. As of now, I am still the one in-charge

to the said project with compassion and enthusiasm. And I was also offered by our project managers (The Twins) to be a part timer

to the company which I willingly accepted.
