Our design team and partners envisioned a hospital environment that is comfortable, welcoming, and efficient for patients, families, and staff. Its iconic façade pays homage to the rolling fog of the largest lake in the world and provides striking views throughout each of its 19 floors. Its public areas have the engaging warmth of hospitality spaces, and its patient-centric design drives impactful outcomes by consolidating adaptable inpatient rooms, procedure rooms, and flexibly planned outpatient spaces. Cobbs Creek Golf Club is more than a historic course—it’s a Philadelphia legacy, once celebrated as a home to pioneering Black and female golfers. When the Cobbs Creek Foundation set out to restore this treasured landmark, they aimed to make it a welcoming public space while preserving its rich history. EwingCole’s design for the new Driving Range facility embraces this vision. Instead of a traditional clubhouse, we created modern, accessible spaces that blend with the site’s heritage. Highlights include a restaurant, bar, event space, pro shop, heritage center, and outdoor hitting bays—all thoughtfully designed with a warm, industrial aesthetic that honors the course’s past while looking to the future. Construction is officially underway for the Crown Event Center, Cumberland County’s state-of-the-art venue designed by EwingCole! Spanning 137,000 square feet, this transformative center will feature a 3,000-seat main hall, VIP balconies, a rooftop terrace, and advanced performance upgrades to bring top-tier entertainment and events to downtown Fayetteville. At the groundbreaking ceremony, EwingCole Principal Craig Schmitt noted, “The Crown Event Center represents a turning point for Cumberland County.
