The National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) is designed to help building owners and occupiers measure and communicate their buildings’ environmental performance and identify areas for improvement. We’re pleased to share that Gensler’s No. 6 Moretown London office achieved a 3.5-star rating for our energy consumption. Gensler’s Athely Guedes and Estelle Schurer take us on the certification journey and how our own achievement will help us support our clients in navigating their own certification. https://bit.ly/4d3hjtm #SustainableDesign #GreenDesign #Performance

The AT&T Discovery District is a dramatic transformation of the company's global headquarters into a first-ever, seamlessly integrated immersive, mixed-use destination for all — an urban campus that includes restaurants, retail, office, and free public Wi-Fi. What makes the District so unique, is not that it's new construction on empty land, it is a catalytic, unparalleled redevelopment that allows for new possibilities in the city's core. 🎥 Electronic | 📍 Dallas, TX | @genslerdallas

Our cities hold immense power in shaping the everyday lives of residents and visitors and we're pleased to play a part in supporting Denver's vision for the future. 🏙️
Today, our Member Assembly brought a morning of learning about Denver’s Downtown Development Authority and the opportunity we have to shape the vision for the next iteration of this mechanism. Earlier this summer, we joined with Mayor Johnston and the City & County of Denver to announce the proposed renewal and expansion of the Denver’s Downtown Development Authority, a catalytic mechanism that could bring a $500 million investment to downtown during this pivotal moment in our city’s history. Our members had the opportunity to hear more about this mechanism from Brad Segal with Progressive Urban Management Associates (P.U.M.A.), David Gaspers and Laura Swartz with the City and County of Denver. As we look ahead toward approval processes starting later this summer, the City & County of Denver has released a draft plan of development, which – once adopted by Denver City Council – will guide what types of projects the DDA can fund in the future. Read more about the Downtown Development Authority here: https://lnkd.in/gJRxfvBK Huge thank you to Gensler for hosting us at their beautiful office!
