Responsibilities Duties:

• Responsible for all aspects related to Project quality assurance and quality control.
• Preparing submittals for material, drawings and for the vendor pre-qualifications.
• Assisting in the initiation of appropriate QA support, materials, and processes for the
construction team.
• Preparing & implementing project quality plan, Method of statement & Inspection test plan in
accordance with the scope of work and project specifications.
• Ensuring that all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test
Plan (ITP) are attended by a suitable QA/QC inspector.
• Assists Core Team (Technical) Staff with QA/QC Inspection Procedures to meet
specifications and overall project quality requirements.
• Reviewing the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project.
• Perform internal audits and analyze possible issues to develop corrective actions to resolve
them.
• Preparing & submitting test reports and comparison sheets.
• Assisting the PMC operations team with method statement, ITP, and material reviews.
• Assisting project team for claiming monthly progress invoice and submitting required
Documents.
• Preparation of PEL, MEL, RSPL for Turnover documents.
• Reporting to Quality control manager on all quality issues.
• Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated
materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
• Controlling and supervising all inspection activities on site and completion of necessary
documentation to verify the work performed.
• Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
• Ensuring all quality records are maintained, up-to date, traceable and retrievable.
• Implementation of the Quality Management & Control programmed for the project Daily site
inspection and periodical offsite inspection.
• Executing the work on site as per issued for construction drawing.
• Monitoring all activities and materials of construction in accordance with the approved
drawings and specifications.
• Reviewing of work inspection request with all necessary attachments prior to inspection.
• Coordinating with the construction engineers and client inspectors for clearing designated
inspections (Hold and Witness Points).
• Preparing and resolving site work queries with client.
• Preparing test schedules, frequency of test and sampling related to approved Quality
control program.
• Raising nonconformance reports for any violation.
• Coordinating with client for clearing logbook entries and closing NCR copies with
proposed corrective actions.
• Marking various types of field changes on drawings.
• Preparing daily inspection reports on field activities.
• Quality fields such as: soil testing & compaction prior to concrete pouring for load
bearingand non-load bearing foundations.
• Follow up all quality functions as per approved quality records, inspection typical test plan,
check list etc.
 • Preparing weekly and bi-weekly inspection look ahead schedules and Inspection reports.
• Conduct inspection on all materials received at site and ensure materials to be used
confirming to contract plans and specifications.
• Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the
required qualities.
• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project
work.
• Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement
checking same as in construction drawing.
• Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
• Following up the concreting works in a presence of the Engineer or Consultant, slump test
and cubes preparation for the compressive test.
• Finishing work checking in the presence of the Engineer or Consultant, block, plaster,
painting, tiling, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, ceiling, and light fittings.
• Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment
Management System requirements.
• Maintaining a good working relationship with all and Client personnel.
• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality
System requirements.

Al-Madina construction company. Ind pvt ltd as an Estimation Engineer from

period 2010 to 2012 on Multi-storey Building projects.

• Estimating the project quantities and preparing the comparison for the material
prices as per the quotation received from suppliers based on B.O.Q prices.
• Troubleshooting and handling works as per client's schedule and specification.
• Taking care of concrete quantity, Formworks, Reinforcement, and all finishing works.
• Quantity take-off all measurement of all sub-contractor works and prepare Bill of
Quantity.
• Checking the bar bending schedule.
• Discuss and obtain approval for Designs / Drawings / Submittal with Consultants/
Client.
• Plan and monitor engineering activities.
• Initiate and finalize Interface/Co-Ordination Drawings.
• Arranging the material as per specification and schedule.
• Study and evaluate supplier /sub-contractor offer and finalize orders.
• Prepare back charges for the damaging and submit it to the project manager.
• Taking care Quality control and Quantity estimating.
