PICTO-NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE CONDUCT OF THE DELIBERATION

OF STO.NINO DISTRICT ELEMENTARY TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION
CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

Sto. Nino District Elementary Teachers’ Association Officers crafted Constitution and By-Laws

and decided to deliberate and have the first reading for revision and other purposes. And the most crucial

role of these deliberation is to give the association members the platform to frame the issues that need

to be addressed in the Constitution and By-Laws

The objectives of the activity are to contemplate the crafted Constitution and By-Laws and to allow
the

Officers to have better understanding of what the organization is all about and how it functions.

Through thorough discussion and explanation of the content of the Constitution and By-Laws presented,

all of the members shared their notions for the revision of some articles which are not to be included in

the By-Laws.

Eventually, the deliberation and the first reading of the Constitution and By-Laws of Sto. Nino

District Elementary Teachers’ Association (SDETA) did accomplish and hopefully, have the second reading

the soonest possible.
