    S 2000 CHRISTY PAINT

    ( SILICATOS ) NATURAL MINERAL CRYSTALIZING PAINT FOR WALLS

    USES
    1. Excellent for use outdoor and indoor.
    2. Façade protection of concrete, lime or cement mortar, cement pebble
    wash, brick, gypsum plaster and cement flat roof.
    3. Free of solvents and odours. Safe for use indoor as well.

    FEATURES
    1. Non reflective, Dull Flat Matt Finish.
    2. Static free, Non Polymer product, no dirt pickup.

    APPLICATION METHODS
    SURFACE PREPARATION
     Surfaces must be dry and free from grease, oil, loose particles, dust or other
    contaminants.
     On exterior surfaces, the grout must be removed by mechanical grinding then
    rinse thoroughly with water.
     Surfaces must have a certain roughness and porosity to allow good penetra-
    tion and adhesion of the coating.
     New cement mortar renders require a waiting period of
     3-4 weeks before painting.
     Surfaces painted with Lime should be removed with a brush
     and apply a coat of S2000 P PRIMER diluted with 50% of water.
     For gypsum plaster surfaces, apply one coat of PP10 PAINT
    PRIMER before applying S2000.

     On painted surfaces with acrylic paints, all the badly adhered paint has to be removed. In this case, S2000 is only adhering to the acryl-
    ic paint, but not penetrating.

     It is recommended to apply a coat of S2000 P PRIMER diluted with 50% of water on surfaces of lime or cement mortar, concrete, ce-
    ment renders, bricks, etc., as this way the absorption will be regularized and surfaces will be reinforced.

    REMARKS
     To avoid staining of the surrounding area, use protective sheeting.
     Special care should be taken with glass, ceramic, natural stone, lacquer and metal surfaces.
     Any splashing should be rinsed with water immediately.
     Although the application can be done with slightly damp surfaces, take care to avoid any excessive moisture in them.
     The full curing of the applied coating occurs after 20 days the product is applied.
