VFL - Sandringham Football Club
The Sandringham Football Club, nicknamed The Zebras, is an Australian Rules football club based in Sandringham, Melbourne. The club was formed in 1929, is currently aligned with the St Kilda Football Club and plays in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
The VFL is a major state-level Australian Rules football league in Victoria. The VFL serves as the best second-tier semi-professional competition which sits underneath the fully professional Australian Football League.
Sandringham Football Club have enjoyed success over a long period of time. In the past 20 years they have played in 8 grand finals and won 7 premierships including winning flags in 2004, 2005 and 2006. We are very confident that 2020 and beyond will again be a very successful period for the Club.
VFLW - Southern Saints
Sandringham hold the VFLW Southern Saints team license and are responsible for the commercial and operational management of the team.
The VFLW is a newly formed competition that serves as the best second-tier semi-professional competition, which sits underneath the fully professional AFLW.
