Four Zebs are back for the 2025 season

Abbey Tregellis, Bella Enno, Grace Hodder and Zoe Barbakos have all re-signed with the club ahead of the 2025 season.
Abbey Tregellis
Tregellis, a standout acquisition for the club in 2023 and 2024, has re-signed for the 2025 season, solidifying her place as a key player in the team's future. With her dynamic and versatile style of play, Tregellis has quickly become a vital asset in both defensive and midfield roles. Her exceptional ball-reading ability, tackling, and high fitness levels allow her to cover the ground with ease, influencing the game at both ends of the field.
Tregellis' leadership qualities and skill in contested situations further enhance her value to the team. Her continued development makes her an essential figure in the club's pursuit of success in the VFLW. As she builds on her impressive performances, Tregellis is poised to be an essential part of the Zebras' 2025 campaign.
Bella Enno
After being named the club's Best Emerging Player in 2023, Enno continues building on her reputation as one of the competition's brightest young talents. A key defender, Enno is known for her strong marking ability, composure under pressure, and excellent play-reading skills. Her quick footwork, sharp decision-making, and capacity to rebound from defence make her a standout in one-on-one contests. Enno's work ethic and commitment to improvement have seen her emerge as a reliable and dynamic presence, and she's set to play a significant role in the club's future.
Grace Hodder
Hodder continues to shine in the midfield, where her ability to break lines and create attacking opportunities has made her a crucial player. Her quick ball movement, sharp decision-making, and excellent work rate makes her turn defence into attack with her speed and vision. Her versatility and ability to cover the ground efficiently allow her to influence the game at both ends, and she remains a crucial figure in the team’s development going forward.
Zoe Barbakos
Barbakos, who joined the club in 2024 following seven AFLW games at Hawthorn, has quickly established herself as a dynamic and versatile player. Renowned for her speed, agility, and high football IQ, Barbakos plays primarily as a midfielder or forward but can impact the game wherever needed. Her pace and ability to evade defenders make her a dangerous player in transition, while her strong tackling and pressure at the contest provide the team with a fierce competitor across the field. With her AFLW experience and well-rounded skillset we are excited to see what she brings in 2025.
