Ariana Grande lookalike Paige Niemann has sparked concern over her small frame – and was accused of drastically losing weight to keep up with the singer.
In a recent video shared to her TikTok page, the 20-year-old internet personality and OnlyFans creator dressed up as Ariana's Wicked character Glinda from Jon M. Chu's recently released movie adaptation of the Broadway musical.
Cosplaying as the star in a pink and white striped button-down dress and a pink ruffled shirt, Paige lip synched along to the production's famous hit, What Is This Feeling?
Although it appeared to be just an innocent upload, the video sounded alarm bells from some of her followers.
Many people took to the X, formerly Twitter, to share their concern over her thin physique, and some wondered if she had shed pounds just so she could look like Ariana.
One viewer wrote: 'The fact she's went as far as losing weight to continue [to look] like Ari is so messed up… jail her.'
Another agreed, adding: 'Yeah I'm so glad finally someone spoke about it because the losing weight part? Why? Like losing weight to look like Ari? Hello?'
'She needs help,' a third said.

Echoing a similar sentiment, a fourth user posted: 'I swear this is so concerning…'
A fifth penned: 'Don't want to assume that's what she did but she does without fail, look exactly like Ariana in each style phase that has she gone through, down to a similar looking weight and appearance. It's genuinely concerning behavior.'
Others, however, couldn't move past just how much Paige resembled Ariana.
'The fact that this isn't Ariana Grande is scary,' one said while another commented, 'Wait, so this is not Ariana Grande?'
Ariana doppelganger Paige was first compared to the chart topper in her school playground when she was just 10 years old.
Four years and one million TikTok followers later, the striking brunette found her own fame online in 2014 thanks to their uncanny resemblance.
In 2019, the California-native said that after she asked her mom to do her hair and makeup like the God Is A Woman singer, she began to learn the beauty tricks herself.
And the more she posted on Instagram, the more she attracted attention from Ariana fans all over the world.

But Ariana may not be a fan, as she once called people who mimic her 'bizarre.'
The former Nickelodeon star has sparked concern over her petite figure over the last few months.
Earlier this month, she held back tears when a French influencer and journalist asked how she 'copes' with criticism over her appearance and beauty standards in general.
Ariana said she's been dealing with the 'noise' since she was a teenager.
She added that she's since learned to tune out the critics by leaning into her work and friends.
'I've been kind of doing this in front of the public... a specimen in a petri dish really since I was 16 or 17. So I have heard it all,' she said.
'I've heard every version of it, of what's wrong with me. And then you fix it and then it's wrong for different reasons but that's everything from even just the simple thing, your appearance, you're young and you're hearing all those things.
'It's hard to protect yourself from that noise. And it's something that's uncomfortable no matter what scale you're experiencing on.

'Even if you go to Thanksgiving dinner and someone's granny says, "Oh my God you look skinnier! What happened?" or, "You look heavier! What happened?" That is something that is uncomfortable and horrible no matter where it's happening, no matter the scale it's happening on. I think in today's society there's a comfortability that we shouldn't have at all.
'Commenting on other's looks, appearance, what they think is going on behind the scenes, or health, or how they present themselves... from what you're wearing to your body to your face to your everything.'
She defiantly called the 'comfortability' people have with 'commenting' on people's appearance 'dangerous.'
'There's a comfortability that people have commenting on that that I think is really dangerous. And I think it's dangerous for all parties involved,' she said.
