Stanley Tucci fans have been speculating about the state of his marriage after the actor made some rather unusual comments about his wife Felicity Blunt in his latest book.
The 64-year-old star released his tome, entitled What I Ate in One Year, back in October.
The book chronicled everything that Tucci consumed over the course of 12 months, from his meals on film sets or at press junkets to restaurants and lavish vacations with his family.
Along the way, he shared several tidbits about his personal life, but some readers have now become convinced that he is having marriage problems after he made some rather odd statements about his wife, Blunt, 42, throughout the tome.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one user posted: 'I recently read Stanley Tucci’s book chronicling what he ate in a year and therein he makes several passive aggressive implications that his wife is sleeping with other men.
'Never really discussed it further. Found it amusing. Italian thing I guess.'
In a separate post, the reader continued: 'They’re just sort of sprinkled through the 400 or so pages.
'He’ll be describing a beautiful pasta dish or whatever and just be like, “Felicity didn’t return home until late so I ate my [whatever] alone. She said it’s a work thing and I chose to believe her."

'Next paragraph is talking about the nuances of wild vs farmed garlic. Gave me whiplash.
'Stanley Tucci, find your peace king. Stanley if you see this I love you and mean no insult, I was just terribly confused.'
They then posted: 'If this starts taking off I'm gonna nuke it because Stanley Tucci genuinely seems like a generational sweetheart and I sense you guys aren’t gonna be chill about this.'
Other people were quick to comment on the topic, as one replied: 'He's such a nice guy I really hope he isn't being serious.'
Another chimed in: 'Yes. I like had to re-read sections multiple times to make sure I was understanding correctly. Super weird.'
A third X user said: 'Stanley Tucci really knows how to keep things interesting,' and a fourth joked: 'Let the poor man vent bro.'
Someone else commented: 'I was just gonna say, did he get divorced or something? I don’t keep up on celebrity gossip that much but I keep seeing his posts on my feed and it seems like he is sending a subtle message.'
Tucci made such comments about his wife of 12 years at various points in his book.
Along the way, he shared several tidbits about his personal life, and some readers have now become convinced that he is having marriage problems due to some odd statements he made
Others, however, said they believed his comments were just 'jokes'
At one point Tucci wrote: 'Lunch was just picking at things in between Zoom meetings... Felicity was out this evening. She said it was work related. I chose to believe her'

Later on, referring to their kids, he penned: 'Alone with Millie and Matteo as Felicity is on a sort of retreat in Bordeaux with two colleagues, something I almost believed was true.'
Elsewhere in the book, Tucci said, 'Felicity was out at a "retirement dinner." I didn't know sex clubs hosted those.'
However, some people rubbished the claims as one person posted: 'I listened to him read the book… and it’s definitely jokes… the intonation in his delivery gives it away 1,000 percent.'
Another person claimed: 'I’m pretty sure it’s meant to be funny.'
And a third said: 'I just finished the book I assumed he meant it in a self deprecating “I married a beautiful much younger woman so she’s off doing young people things and I’m old and grouchy” way, not in a “we’re getting divorced” way.'
Tucci married British literary agent Blunt in 2012 after meeting her at the wedding of her sister Emily and John Krasinski in 2010.
His first marriage was to Kathryn Spath, whom he wed in 1995, but in 2002, he had an affair with actress Edie Falco, with whom he was appearing on Broadway in Terrence McNally's Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune.
