दालचिनी (Cinnamomum verum, या C. zeylanicum) एक छोट सदाबहार गाछ छी, जे कि १०–१५ मिटर (३२.८–४९.२ फिट) उंच होइत अछि, ई लौरेसिई (Lauraceae) परिवार अन्तर्गतक एक गाछछी। ई श्रीलंका आ दक्षिण भारतमे बहुतायतमे मिलैत अछि । एकर छाल मसालाक रुपमे प्रयोग होइत अछि । एहिमे एक अलग सुगन्ध होइत अछि, जे कि एकरा गरम मसालाक श्रेणीमे राखैत अछि ।
