League of Legends EMEA Championship Winter 2023 is the 9th European League of Legends split under the LEC banner, 10 European teams compete for the LEC title.

Ahead of this season, Misfits Gaming announced that their LEC slot had been sold to the spanish Team Heretics, ending their 6 years of competing in the LEC. [1] Furthermore, On October 6, 2022, KOI revealed they merged with Rogue, causing KOI to replace Rogue in LEC 2023 season.[2][3][4][5]

    • Top 8 teams advance to Group Stage

    • 8 teams divided into 2 groups where they play GSL Format

      • 1st team in each group are seeded into Winners Final
