Elmar is a specialist in commercial properties in the Rhineland. He began his career in real estate almost two decades ago. After training in housing and property management, Elmar worked for eleven years as a local project developer and investor at a family-owned real estate company in Cologne. He set up the industrial team in North Rhine-Westphalia for property services provider BNP Paribas Real Estate. Elmar has been with Savills since the opening of its Cologne office in January 2012. With his long-standing knowledge of real estate, he manages our agency in the Rhineland metropolis wisely and imaginatively.

Cologne is Elmar’s hometown. When not spending leisure time with his family, as a fan of 1. FC Köln, he is of course supporting his team.
