With our asset management and second opinion services, we’ll actively support you with portfolio optimisation and assist with your fund and asset management.

We’ll act exclusively as your 100 per cent fiduciary partner and represent your interests in dealings with project and letting partners. Using our extensive experience of lettings, we’ll negotiate leases according to your requirements (without legal advice) within agreed parameters, ready for signature and in consultation with your team. We’ll also be happy to prepare a regular report on the current status of lettings and projects in accordance with your individual and co-ordinated requirements.
