Tayfun  not only has thorough knowledge of the property sector from his years of practical experience, but he also holds a doctorate in Economics and is a professor. He began his real estate career in the classical way, training in housing and property management at GEHAG GmbH (now Deutsche Wohnen AG). This was followed by university studies in Business Administration with a focus on real estate at the HTW Berlin – University of Applied Sciences and doctoral studies at Steinbeis University Berlin. Tayfun  then put his theoretical expertise to good use at BNP Paribas Real Estate, working in valuation for six and a half years, most recently as an associate. He has been a professor of property management at IU International University in Bad Honnef since spring 2022. At Savills, he supports his clients in all investment matters, whether the focus is on acquisitions or commercial property valuations.

A native of Berlin, his new home is now in Potsdam. Tayfun  loves CrossFit and photography. His camera is always with him, at weddings or when travelling.
