We have an all-rounder aboard. Britt began her first career in 1988 as a restaurant manager in the hotel and food service industry. After completing her second qualification as a foreign language secretary, she entered the property sector in 1994, working for Jones Lang LaSalle for over 27 years. After successfully finishing a distance learning programme in property and housing management in 1998, she became a consultant and from 2002 onward led their industrial agency as a team leader. She was responsible for budgeting and cost planning as well as personnel management and introduced new standards and projects. As of 2022, she was the head of logistics region East at Cushman & Wakefield. Whether acquiring clients and properties, preparing market and location analyses or creating usage options in German and English, with Britt at your side, you have a versatile professional expert for logistics, production and commercial properties.

Her leisure time is also varied. When not reading Sebastian Fitzek's novels, Britt practices Shotokan karate, a traditional martial art from Japan.
