Simon has been working as an office lettings consultant for over ten years, and there is not a single commercial property he is not familiar with in Cologne. Having trained in housing and property management, he went on to complete a degree in Real Estate Economics at the University of Regensburg’s International Real Estate Business School. Simon started off working for BNP Paribas Real Estate in Germany as an office lettings consultant and shortly thereafter, moved up to the position of senior office lettings consultant. Simon commutes for Savills from Paderborn to Cologne. He enjoys playing squash in his leisure time and is a keen photographer.
