Draženko’s expertise in the valuation and advisory business is outstanding. He has worked in the field of corporate finance and valuation for over twenty years. Draženko studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University Berlin and Real Estate Economics at the European Business School. He began as a property valuer at an appraisal office in Berlin. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Draženko worked in property corporate financing before establishing and managing the Berlin valuation team of CBRE. Besides his management activities in Europe and Germany, Draženko advises national and international investors at Savills on acquisition audits of individual properties or portfolios and evaluates them in the context of transactions, financing, IPOs and annual audits.

He is an expert in national and international valuation standards and is a RICS registered valuer. The German Real Estate Academy at the University of Freiburg appointed Draženko as a certified expert for the valuation of developed and undeveloped properties. He is interested in the further digitisation of property valuation.
