Benjamin joined Savills in 2007 and helped build the corporate finance and valuation team at our Berlin office. Besides valuation projects, Benjamin manages portfolio acquisitions and sales for clients across Germany.
Analysing, evaluating, developing and implementing strategies, Benjamin draws on his extensive knowledge and experience when supporting your projects. Having earned a graduate engineering degree in Spatial Planning from the TU Dortmund, Benjamin also went on to study Real Estate Economics at the EBS School in Berlin. Since 2009, Benjamin has been a member of RICS and is certified as a registered valuer. Benjamin worked for the Federal Association for Housing and Urban Development in the area of market research and strategy consulting before joining Savills. As a private lecturer, Benjamin not only likes to pass on his real estate knowledge to students at the University of Wuppertal – at Savills we also benefit from his expertise. Benjamin is a music lover, and some of his favourite places in Berlin are the record shops in his neighbourhood and his band’s rehearsal room.
