High Energy Physics Opportunities Using Reactor Antineutrinos / CHANDLER Collaboration
Nuclear reactors are uniquely powerful, abundant, and flavor-pure sources of antineutrinos that continue to play a vital role in the US neutrino physics program. The US reactor antineutrino physics community is a diverse interest group encompassing many detection technologies and many particle physics topics, including Standard Model and short-baseline oscillations, BSM physics searches, and reactor flux and spectrum modeling. White Paper on Light Sterile Neutrino Searches and Related Phenomenology / Acero, M.A. (U. Atlantico, Barranquilla) ; Argüelles, C.A. (Harvard U., Phys. Dept.) ; Hostert, M. (Minnesota U. ; Minnesota U., Theor. Phys. Inst. ; Perimeter Inst. Theor. Phys.) ; Kalra, D. (Columbia U.) ; Karagiorgi, G. (Columbia U.) ; Kelly, K.J. (CERN) ; Littlejohn, B.R. (IIT, Chicago) ; Machado, P. (Fermilab) ; Pettus, W. (Indiana U., Bloomington (main)) ; Toups, M. (Fermilab) et al.
This white paper provides a comprehensive review of our present understanding of experimental neutrino anomalies that remain unresolved, charting the progress achieved over the last decade at the experimental and phenomenological level, and sets the stage for future programmatic prospects in addressing those anomalies. It is purposed to serve as a guiding and motivational "encyclopedic" reference, with emphasis on needs and options for future exploration that may lead to the ultimate resolution of the anomalies. Measurement of the charge asymmetry of electrons from the decays of $W$ bosons produced in $p\bar{p}$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=1.96$ TeV / CDF Collaboration
At the Fermilab Tevatron proton-antiproton ($p\bar{p}$) collider, high-mass electron-neutrino ($e\nu$) pairs are produced predominantly in the process $p \bar{p} \rightarrow W(\rightarrow e\nu) + X$. The asymmetry of the electron and positron yield as a function of their pseudorapidity constrain the slope of the ratio of the $u$- to $d$-quark parton distributions versus the fraction of the proton momentum carried by the quarks. A Study of the Energy Dependence of the Underlying Event in Proton-Antiproton Collisions / for the CDF Collaboration
We study charged particle production in proton-antiproton collisions at 300 GeV, 900 GeV, and 1.96 TeV. We use the direction of the charged particle with the largest transverse momentum in each event to define three regions of eta-phi space; toward, away, and transverse. [...]

C. Group
We present a measurement of the $W$-boson mass, $M_W$, using data corresponding to 2.2/fb of integrated luminosity collected in ppbar collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 1.96 TeV with the CDF II detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. The selected sample of 470126 $W\to e\nu$ candidates and 624708 $W\to\mu\nu$ candidates yields the measurement $M_W = 80387\pm 12$ (stat) $\pm 15$ (syst)$ = 80387 \pm 19$ MeV$/c^2$ . [...]

Study of orbitally excited $B$ mesons and evidence for a new $B\pi$ resonance / Aaltonen, Timo Antero (Helsinki U. ; Helsinki Inst. of Phys.) ; Amerio, Silvia (INFN, Padua ; Padua U.) ; Amidei, Dante E (Michigan U.) ; Anastassov, Anton Iankov (Fermilab ; Northwestern U.) ; Annovi, Alberto (Frascati) ; Antos, Jaroslav (Comenius U. ; Kosice, IEF) ; Apollinari, Giorgio (Fermilab) ; Appel, Jeffrey A (Fermilab) ; Arisawa, Tetsuo (Waseda U.) ; Artikov, Akram Muzafarovich (Dubna, JINR) et al. /R. C. Group
Using the full CDF Run II data sample, we report evidence for a new resonance, which we refer to as B(5970), found simultaneously in the $B^0\pi^+$ and $B^+\pi^-$ mass distributions with a significance of 4.4 standard deviations. We further report the first study of resonances consistent with orbitally excited $B^{+}$ mesons and an updated measurement of the properties of orbitally excited $B^0$ and $B_s^0$ mesons. [...]

Exclusion of exotic top-like quarks with -4/3 electric charge using jet-charge tagging in single-lepton ttbar events at CDF / Aaltonen, T. (Helsinki Inst. of Phys.) ; Amerio, S. (Fermilab) ; Arisawa, T. (Waseda U.) ; Artikov, A. (Dubna, JINR) et al. /R. C. Group
We report on a measurement of the top-quark electric charge in ttbar events in which one W boson originating from the top-quark pair decays into leptons and the other into hadrons. The event sample was collected by the CDF II detector in sqrt(s)=1.96 TeV proton-antiproton collisions and corresponds to 5.6 fb^(-1). [...]

T2K neutrino flux prediction / T2K Collaboration
The Tokai-to-Kamioka (T2K) experiment studies neutrino oscillations using an off-axis muon neutrino beam with a peak energy of about 0.6 GeV that originates at the J-PARC accelerator facility. Interactions of the neutrinos are observed at near detectors placed at 280 m from the production target and at the far detector -- Super-Kamiokande (SK) -- located 295 km away. [...]
