Important note: The above document only refers to the arrangements for admission during the Summit of the Future on 22 and 23 September 2024 for approved representatives of non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders. The other high-level events including the General Debate will follow different procedures.

Expressions of Interest module will open on 19 August 2024 at 10 a.m. and close on Friday, 6 September 2024 at 5 p.m.

Without e-deleGATE Access

Observers without e-deleGATE access and representatives of the UN system, including the funds, programmes, specialized agencies and regional commissions, as well as the Bretton Woods institutions can express interest to deliver a statement during the interactive dialogues using this digital form. Time Period: 19 August – 6 September 2024.

Summit Pre-Opening Segment

8:30 a.m. – 8:50 a.m. General Assembly Hall

Immediately before the Summit of the Future opening segment, a short video will be played in the General Assembly Hall summarizing the Summit of the Future Action Days.

Grammy winning singer Renée Fleming will then sing accompanied by a video produced by National Geographic. Performance ends by 8:50 a.m.

Delegations are urged to be in their seats by 8:30 a.m.

Adoption of the outcome document entitled “A Pact for the Future”, agreed in advance by consensus through intergovernmental negotiations, to which the Global Digital Compact and Declaration on Future Generations would be annexed if intergovernmentally agreed.
