Had questions regarding the storage unit insurance, because I have my own renters insurance and did not wish to be charged for their companies insurance to my bill. My questions were answered and the agent placed my reservation for me.

I've dealt with my storage unit companies but this was by far the fastest, easiest, and most inexpensive and professional experience. Representative Steve was knowledgeable and good natured and even went above and beyond to see about a moving truck. I would recommend to anyone!

Just to say Joe rose to the occasion when there was not a smaller unit available and gave me a creative solution to my need. I am very happy. I just hope something smaller will be available at the time I'll need but I've got some time to play. Yay. Good work!!
