I love Full Circle

I love Full Circle - the produce is always fresh and beautiful. Deliveries are usually on time. The only issue is that the prices are sometimes high but I'm sure that's due to seasonal availability.

Delivery is easy

Delivery is easy. The quality of the produce is high. Customer service is helpful when one calls. I wish they had more variety of foods with the changing seasons.

Full Circle cares about their customers!

I seldom have issue with any of their orders but anytime I have some complaint about my order or items received, they follow up quickly with a review and explanation of the order along with either a credit or replacement if required on next order. I like that they truly listen to any issue I might have and resolve it quickly so that I am pleased.

The produce is always excellent quality and in good condition, and I love the ability to get a delivery every two weeks or three weeks. Website is very user friendly. Great service!

I got my box today

I got my box today. The lettuce, kale and red cabbage were fine. The 3 beets were small. The last time they were exceptionally large but still very good---one beet would equal all three of the beets today. The seemed to be fine but again, not very large. The parsley was fine.
I think that was it for today's box. I found myself thinking that I was paying a lot for these items.
I like that I can always freshen up leaf lettuce by trimming off the end and putting the leaves in fresh, cold water.
I wish more green vegetables like green beans, zucchini, broccoli (often sold out) were available---not in expensive bags. Some items seem very costly.

If you ever receive produce or items that are not satisfactory to you (condition, size, or something else), you can go online and get a credit for them.

If you go to your account and go to the previous orders page you can select the items that didn't meet your expectations and get a credit for them. Or if you prefer you can call customer service and they will issue you credit.

Taste good, price is confusing

I have loved getting variety of fruits and veggies out in our remote village. They taste so much better than store bought. It is a little difficult to compare the price to store prices to know if I'm getting a good or bad deal.

My main issue is that there has been no…

My main issue is that there has been no lettuce. I realize this is a issue everywhere, no idea why. I eat a lot of salads and need lettuce. Also sometimes lettuce quality is bad. the price of some items seems really high - $9 for cauliflower??? Another issue is the delivery doesn't actually come the day it says it will come. It comes Thursday evening instead of Friday - or sometimes in the middle of the night Thursday. I don't know when to go look for it.

Gr8 Produce!

Fruits and veggies are good quality so they stay fresher longer, taste good, and are delivered right to your door. I appreciate being able to choose what I want, and like the extras to pick from.

I have used Full Circle for years & very happy. Full Circle on time delivery. Large order & everything in good condition including the pumpkin pie. Really like the new items. Very helpful to receive groceries at home.

overall service

Produce fresh, delivered on time. Great way to shop for produce, meats and pantry items. Over time the pantry list have expanded. As an older shopper there are weeks where I don't get out and this allow me to get anything I need on-line/delivered. When I had a problem with freshness, they're very good at refunding.

Delivery is top notch, driver pleasant and cheerful.
Easy to delay or add a delivery.

I love how fresh everything has been

I love how fresh everything has been: the lacinito kale was crisp and delicious; all of the fruit is perfectly non-bruised and flavorful; the herbs are fresh and vibrant. I am impressed with the quality.

I have been a subscriber for years

I have been a subscriber for years. The deliveries are always fresh and on time outside my door. Rarely, have I been sent the wrong thing or had something go wrong and on the occasion it has happened, the solution was always to my satisfaction.

Almost every order, a selection is missing or its not as described. I do find the quality of the produce is extremely variable.

A lot of the vegan products and other…

A lot of the vegan products and other specialty foods I like are suddenly discontinued. I would also like to be able to easily search for the products when I shop.
