Simple, easy to use with one minor gripe

Simple, easy to customize or skip a week. Only downside is I never know if the box will be delivered in the middle of the night, Friday, before I wake up when the ingredients will stay cool and nobody is awake to steel it, or if it’ll arrive Thursday evening around 5pm, middle of my front stairs in plain sight where anyone can see/steel it, a big problem in my neighborhood. Otherwise great products and service!

My family is grateful for Full Circle

My family is grateful for Full Circle working through the challenges of getting organic produce to our remote area. The quality is usually great and we love the variety of options. Much more affordable and a better selection than what we can get where we live. Occasionally items are missing from box or in bad shape (especially if delivery is delayed because the plane is delayed), but Full Circle always makes it right for us!

Love Love Love

This subscription service is the best. It is so convenient to customize your box with the best fruits and veggies. They also offer many other grocery items that I cannot find locally. I have noticed that their fruit and veggies last longer than when I purchase at Fred Meyers, Carrs, or Costco. It is also nice to support organic farmers. So happy this service is available in Alaska!

I've only had a couple of issues with…

I've only had a couple of issues with product, which is a good thing itself, but whenever I've needed to contact them for any reason I always get a live person and whatever issue I may have is instantly resolved. Always friendly, understanding and willing to help. Also, who doesn't love fresh produce delivered to your door whenever you need it? ;)

dependable and deliciously varied

I am a fan of good organic produce and am a mobility impaired Boomer. I've been a Full Circle customer for about 9 months, getting a weekly "Sprout" size "local" or CSA box. I often add some more unusual or favorite produce like berries or celery root to the standard weekly/changing offering. The produce is always very fresh and delicious: lots of in-season greens which I like as well as seasonal cooking veg from "local" PNW farms. Full Circle also stocks pantry items like olive oil, raisin bran, vegan cheeze and "meats", kombucha or even frozen sablefish from brands I enjoy. Deliveries are waiting on my porch first thing, always punctual. Any bloopers are immediately made good (with a credit) when FC is informed. I can also donate fresh produce to a local food bank thru FC which I often do. Full Circle meets my needs well. I recommend them.

All good things

Used this service for two years. Great app, great customer service, hassle-free delivery. Awesome options for produce, grocery goods, and other home goods/gifts. I love the seasonal variety. Especially nice if shopping for one or two people. The produce is fresh and high quality.

Flexibility and service at its finest

I absolutely love the flexibility to modify the items coming in my box, and the ability to skip a week when I don't need any new produce. No hoops to jump through. My experience has been easy and seamless and the produce and deliveries have been fantastic! I've been getting boxes now for almost a year (maybe?) and I think there was only a single time so far that the incorrect item came and my account was credited for the mistake. I am a happy customer!

Customer for a year and a half

When I call, a live person answers the phone. My box is always delivered as promised no matter the weather. Any less-than-perfect produce is cheerfully deducted from my cost. I also like receiving info on each product's farm location and a bit about the veggie itself.

Full Circle is a Life Saver!

Full Circle is plain and simple a life saver when it comes to produce! It is incredibly convenient having it delivered right to our door. It’s superior to getting produce via the typical grocery delivery because you get exactly what you asked for, not to mention everything is organic 😌 I HIGHLY recommend getting your produce this way. Everything is super easy to use on their website and your boxes are customizable so you get exactly what you want and need with each delivery. Plus, they have other items to optionally add to your box like baked goods and things for your pets.

Great Supplement to Our Household!

Full Circle is a great addition to our household. I don't have time to visit the market regularly, and this is a great supplement to ensure we always have staples. They always have a great selection of fresh fruits and veggies!

I would love if they offered an app for Android. The website is functional, but not user friendly to use on a smart phone.

Love supporting local organic farmers

Love supporting local organic farmers. Great tasting produce. Eggs continued to arrive broken so I stopped ordering. Sometimes leafy produce arrives horribly limp. Some fruit is really small: grapefruit. Great website - easy to use!! Love storage tips and recipes!!

Great CSA! Lots of Options!

The deliveries are almost always smooth and the orders have been correct almost every time. Sometimes the produce can be a little too ripe and if not used immediately has gone bad. However the customer service is excellent and it is easy to get a refund if an item is spoiled.

Awesome service for local produce...

Awesome service for local fruits and vegetables! Website and the app are both efficient and easy-to-use. The app interface is very convenient to specify the produce that we want for each shipment. Shipment has been precise and reliable. We are all in with Full Circle!

Extremely fresh

Extremely fresh, organic, delicious food at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away from GMO and antibiotic injected food. It has done wonders for our family! Will continue ordering produce, meats, dairy this way! Thank you Full Circle

Highly Recommended!

We’ve belonged to Full Circle for well over a year and still look forward to weekly deliveries! The all-organic produce offerings make it fun to try new things, and it’s so easy to use their website to select recipes using produce you’re not as familiar with. I find that the recipes use simple, common ingredients and turn out delicious. The selection of other farm products available is amazing and makes it possible go weeks without needing to go to the store. Deliveries are always timely and the items carefully packed. On the rare occasion an item is not as expected, customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend Full Circle!

Old produce

I love the concept and the convenience. Deliveries are always timely. Customizing my order each week is easy. My only complaint is periodically poor quality produce. Lettuce which needs to be eaten almost immediately. Aged apples and potatoes.

If you ever receive produce or items that are not satisfactory to you, you can go online and get a credit for them.

If you go to your account and go to the previous orders page you can select the items that didn't meet your expectations and get a credit for them. Or if you prefer you can call customer service and they will issue you credit.

We appreciate you being a customer and want to make sure you are satisfied with your produce and farm items!

The box is always a special surprise

The box is always a surprise with the most fresh fruits and veggies. Sometimes the produce is gigantic and then it will be smaller but the quality is always top notch. It is always packaged to last all night long if need be but I always get it the night it is delivered because I am anxious to see what I got.

I love Full Circle

I love Full Circle. The weekly deliveries of fruit and vegetables make my life more manageable. I love the ease of customizing my box. It has become a weekly ritual. And if I think I might be too busy to get to a grocery store, I can add anything else I might need. I have also had excellent response if anything is missing or damaged.

Wonderful variety

I love this service! We get fresh fruit and veggies, plus products from smaller producers - such as bakeries, nurseries, soap and lotion makers. We have tried many different meats and cheeses, all amazing. This is so much better than visiting all the local farmer's markets, more selection, more variety, right to our door.
