Biography

Professor Elm, originally a student of Professor Oak, is a renowned Pok�mon Researcher in the land of Johto. Professor Elm has a habit of getting incredibly rapped up in his research that he is completely oblivious to his surroundings. When meeting up with his old mentor, he has been known to argue constantly about certain research elements. Elm is also known for going off on a tangent when talking to people and trainers, continuing on with examples of research in the area that the conversation is about. However Elm is a kind person and manages to make friends easily.

Elm is the head of the Pok�mon Preservation Council and one of the most renowned researchers in the world.

	Chikorita Chikorita is the Grass Type Pok�mon starter that Professor Elm gives to the new trainers in Johto. Like all starters, Elm has a number of a Chikorita in his lab. He has given a couple away, first to Vicnent, a trainer who was starting out his journey with his friends. After that he gave one to Casey, a new trainer. Given To Casey in episode: Don't Touch That 'Dile! Given To Vincent prior to episode: Legend of Thunder!
	Cyndaquil Cyndaquil is the Fire Type Pok�mon starter that Professor Elm gives to the new trainers in Johto. Like the other starters, the Cyndaquil Elm handles are young and relatively inexperienced. He has given one to Jimmy, a young trainer who was starting his journey with his friends Marina & Vincent. Given To Jimmy prior to episode: Legend of Thunder!
	Totodile Totodile is the Water Type Pok�mon starter that Professor Elm gives to the new trainers in Johto. Like the other starters, Elm has many Totodile, all of which are young and inexperienced...one of which was stolen but managed to defeat Team Rocket with ease. He gave a Totodile to Marina when she started her journey. Given To Marina prior to episode: Legend of Thunder!
