Internship cum performance based PPO Recruitment Drive-Online Test on 6th July’2024
(virtually).
Students would have received the job notification through superset & are directed to
APPLY on or before 28th Jun’2024’2024 by 2.00 PM to participate for the same.

Eligibility Criteria : No Backlogs
Process : Online Test on 6th July’2024 (virtually)
: Interview for the shortlisted students from online test on
12th & 13th July’2024 at KIIT Campus physically
Joining Date : To be notified
Joining Location : To be notified
Internship Duration : 6 Months
Stipend : Rs. 25,000 Per Month
CTC : Rs.6.00 Lakhs Per Annum, Variable Rs.2.00 Lakhs Per
Annum and 62 KPA allowances - Total Rs.8.62 Lakhs Per
Annum

Job Description
Role:
You will play a pivotal role in delivering a WOW experience to the customers,
the Value delivery function supports customers as they transition from sales
prospects to active product users. We are looking to hire exceptional
Consultants who will provide excellent customer service, beginning from the
very first moment of signup, to the moment of “first success” with the
product.
Responsibilities:
 Ensure high client satisfaction and product adoption.
 Provide product training and product demonstrations during the
engagement.
 Take ownership of product adoption and fast value realization for client.
 Enhance experience of all client users.
Create best practices for customer onboarding.
 Setup best practices to deliver wow experience to clients.
 Complete engagement within deadlines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders effectively.
 Ensure clarity of actions within different teams within Pando.
 Ensure smooth transition between various stages of engagement.
Knowledge, skills & attributes required:
 Excellent communication and written skills.
 Learning curiosity.
 Capable of working on a cross-functional team to solve business & tech
problems.
 Understand the customer requirements and passion to provide solutions.
