    About the Role Academic Counsellor is the face of Infinity Learn for all our students & parents and will help
    them understand how to leverage IL Platform for their learning. This is an individual contributor role
    in an employee oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the Infinity
    Learn’s unique way of learning.
    Roles & Schedule and conduct daily demo sessions with prospective students and their parents, provide
    Responsibilities structured counseling to address learning challenges, and generate sales through effective objection
    handling and price negotiation, while continuously upgrading product knowledge and sales skills to
    meet targets.
    Desired Skills The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, be comfortable working 6
    days a week in a fast-paced environment, and possess a laptop/desktop with broadband. They should
    be target-driven, sales-oriented, and passionate about mentoring students.
