    This is to inform all the above students that Mindfire Digital LLP will be conducting an
    Internship cum Performance Based PPO Recruitment Drive at KIIT Campus (Physically)
    very shortly.
    Students would have received the job notification through Superset & are directed to
    APPLY on or before 28th August’2024 by 2.00 PM to participate for the same.
    Profile Offered : Intern Software Engineer
    Eligibility Criteria : 60% or above throughout the academic career
    : No Backlogs
    Process : To be informed
    Stipend : Rs. 18,000 Per Month
    Internship Duration : 6 Months (There will be regular reviews every 6 - 8
    weeks, Mindfire reserves the right to end the
    relationship with the candidate based on the
    performance review).
    Internship Joining : January’2025
    Joining Location : To be informed
    CTC : Rs. 4.50 to Rs. 6.00 LPA
    Note – Post six months of internship, based on the performance review Mindfire will
    decide on the full time offer.

    Responsibilities and Work Area :
    Work/Requirement Analysis: Understand and analyze specific work requirements.
    Writing Clean Code: Develop and maintain well-written code following best practices,
    including unit and integration testing.
    Team Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders, including product owners,
    architects, developers, and testers, to build software solutions.
    Development Methodologies: Exposure to or experience with at least one
    development methodology, such as Agile Scrum.
    Primary Skills
     Core Computing Skills: Strong fundamentals in computer science, including
    design, algorithms, coding, and testing.
     Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking,
    and listening.
     Technology Platforms: Desired knowledge in one or more technology platforms
    like PHP, .NET, Java, etc.
     Databases: Desired knowledge of one or more database systems such as MS SQL
    Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.
     JavaScript: Desired knowledge in one or more JavaScript frameworks like
    AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, etc.
     Debugging/Troubleshooting: Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting skills
    across various technology stacks and project tiers (client side, server side, and
    database).
    Desired Skills
     Understanding or Exposure to: Technology/Business Domains, Platforms,
    Frameworks, SDKs, APIs, etc.
     Understanding or Exposure to: Source Code Control, Bug/Issue Tracking, or
    Project Management Tools like JIRA, Subversion, GIT, TFS, etc.
     Understanding or Exposure to: Performance Tools, including static code
    analyzers and performance management tools (client side, server side,
    database), etc.
