    Period/Two (2) School Year For Teachers; (No Need to attached IPCRF)
    1 Photocopy Transcript of Records of Bachelor’s Degree/MA units earned with Special
    Order
    1 Photocopy Certification, Authentication and Verification (CAV) in Bachelor’s Degree/MA
    units earned
    1 Photocopy PRC Certificate of Good Standing

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR TEACHER II

     20 years in service OR;


     20 MA units + 3 years in service OR;
     18 MA units + 6 years in service, OR;

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR TEACHER III

     20 MA units + 20 years in service


     Masters Degree in Education + 3 years in service
     42 MA units/C.A.R. + 3 years in service

    EQUIVALENT RECORD FORM (ERF) Applies only for Teacher I-II / Teacher II-III, Teacher I-III

    Reclassification with attached Ranking for;


     Teacher III – Master Teacher I;
     Master Teacher II-III,
     School Administrators
