Module2 Lesson 4

Integrated development planning takes a holistic view of planning that encompasses academic, facilities, budget, infrastructure, and strategic planning at an educational institution. Some development plans fail due to poorly defined goals that different people interpret differently or that contradict behavioral intentions. Plans also fail when there are conflicting interests that go unaddressed. To succeed, development plans need clearly defined and agreed upon goals and a process to resolve differing interests.
