Delivering Health & Hope to the World

About us

Project C.U.R.E. was founded in 1987 to address the staggering shortage of medical resources around the world. Since our humble beginnings in a garage in Colorado, Project C.U.R.E. has become the world’s largest distributor of donated medical supplies, equipment and services to doctors and nurses serving the sick and dying in more than 130 countries. Each week Project C.U.R.E. delivers approximately three to five semitruck-sized ocean containers packed with the medical equipment and supplies desperately needed to save lives in hospitals and clinics in resource-limited countries. In addition, each year hundreds of healthcare professionals travel with Project C.U.R.E. to provide medical treatment to communities in need and training to those dedicated to serving them. Project C.U.R.E. is supported by over 25,000 volunteers annually and operates distribution warehouses in seven U.S. cities. In addition to our global work, Project C.U.R.E. pivoted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to support the need for PPE and medical equipment in the U.S. Since March 2020, Project C.U.R.E. provided more than 15 semitruck loads of medical aid, which equates to 4.5+ million pieces and nearly $5 million of PPE for healthcare workers and first responders. Project C.U.R.E. continues on the frontline of the battle against the pandemic by providing millions of dollars of COVID-19 aid on a weekly basis.

I help executive teams in high growth companies ($5-150M) fix stubborn growth problems & speed up great results.

The Law of Imperfect Conditions and Project C.U.R.E. What you’re looking at is a Ukrainian priest blessing a container full of medical supplies gathered and delivered by the amazing team at Project C.U.R.E. I get to do a lot of cool things as part of my job. Yesterday was one of my favorite, working with the team from Project C.U.R.E And thi s photo was part of how their CEO kicked off the day. Project C.U.R.E staff, and a literal army of amazing volunteers source supplies and equipment donations and get them to the places and people who need them. Their work is extraordinary and extraordinarily challenging. Which is where the Law of Imperfect Conditions comes in. For any group or any person with any mission, it’s tough to remember that all the things that make it hard to achieve that mission are the same reasons why the work makes such a difference. If it were easy, you wouldn’t be needed. Remembering that it’s supposed to be messy, complicated and difficult helps you avoid wasting time resisting all those things. You get to stay focused on what matters. And the worse the conditions are, the more it matters to stay focused on the goal and not the obstacles. We worked on accountability models and spent the afternoon crankin out some “on the business” tools together. Unsurprisingly, they got a LOT done. If you are or know someone who may have medical supplies to donate, money to send, or is looking for an amazing volunteer opportunity, I know some people. PLEASE reach out for an introduction. Here’s to Project C.U.R.E for making it happen every day, regardless of the circumstances. #leadership #professionaldevelopment

This summer, our latest humanitarian medical cargo was successfully delivered from Chicago, IL 🇺🇸 to Kyiv 🇺🇦, providing essential aid to those affected by Russia’s war in Ukraine. https://lnkd.in/egMP628n The medical aid included a large number of wheelchairs and crutches, which have been distributed to various groups of people in need—from the elderly and IDPs to Ukraine's brave war veterans. For many of those struggling with injuries sustained during Russia's war in Ukraine, mobility is key to their recovery and dignity. These wheelchairs and crutches not only provide physical support but also symbolize hope and resilience. Access to these essential tools helps restore independence and empower those affected by the war to reclaim their lives. We are deeply grateful to our donors and partners for making this possible. Your support directly impacts the lives of Ukrainians as they rebuild, heal, and move forward. https://lnkd.in/e9ZPf5Hj Project C.U.R.E. #StandwithUkraine #SupportHospitalsinUkraine
