“Scott Kiere has made a significant impact in terms of both my own personal success and the success of the company’s which I support administratively, primarily Urban Green Development. There is an unprecedented impact of vision on both corporate and personal success. Over the past two years Scott, and our core team have developed a vision of what we all want to achieve individually and as business team. The company had to step things up change and it needed a new vision of what its future could be. Two things were apparent; first, a complete assessment of strategic programs had to be completed and second, that that information needed to be forged into a vision that the team could accept as their own. The vision that was developed for Urban Green Development, includes profit and sales goals as well as some significant changes with respect to how we acquire and utilized our properties , construction procedures, material and vendor selection, and the implementation of “B-Corp” fundamentals through out our processes . I'm pleased to say that this vision has put Urban Green Development at the forefront of employee empowerment and involvement in the business. As we move forward under the direction of Mr. Kiere I am confident that our company vision will have a significant impact on sales, profits, and employee involvement. I believe as a result the vision of creating a new standard (the Urban Green Standard) we will start a world-wide rating program and business method that will redefine “Green”, “Conscious”, and “Sustainable” building, and business practices. The key to all of the above being Scott’s skills and abilities. I believe his key strength is his ability to visualize an end state that the team must move to and his ability to draw the solutions from everyone that leads to outstanding results. As we implement the changes and refocus the company, Scott has worked tirelessly to ensure that all of us have a vision of the future and that we are aligned with that vision. Through our great beginning, morale has remained high - because a spirit of honesty prevails and because the company and its employees know where they are going and how they will get there. 
 To call Scott a visionary is an understatement, because he is able to build the ration into reality.
