Lindsey Finch and her husband David loved coming on holiday to Ireland so much that they sold up in England and bought a 24ac farm in Mayo, where they run a prize-winning pedigree Dutch Spotted flock

Lindsey Finch moved from Yorkshire to Ireland 25 years ago with her husband David after falling in love with the countryside and community during visits to friends in Ballinasloe.

Now living in Ballinrobe, Co Mayo, the couple run a 24ac farm and breed Dutch Spotted sheep, along with two Welsh ponies and some bucket calves.
