I recently started using PandaDoc, and I am impressed with how easy it is to share documents and get signatures, even if more than one person needs to sign. Love that I get a notification each step of the way- IE: when viewed- signed- completed. The fact that the documents are legally binding is a huge plus. The free version has all the basics, but the paid versions offer more customizing options and reminders. I also appreciate the option to email direct from the system or get a link to email or text. I use PandaDoc almost everyday. This is no setup, just create an account and start using. We use PandaDoc for generating service agreements and collecting initial payment from the new client to kick off onboarding. The process for generating my agreements has been so easy! I like that I can have multiple different templates based on the industry my new client is in, so I can always send a customized agreement to them that fits their needs. I can add multiple data fields so that we collect all pertinent info from them before they ever onboard, reducing double data entry on the clients end. Integrating our payment software on the backend has also been very easy and we've had no issues with collecting & documenting client payment details.
We looked at multiple service agreement softwares before deciding on PandaDoc; we chose this tool because it was user friendly, a simple interface, not a bunch of needless bells and whistles, simple, effective and easy to use!
I use PandaDoc DAILY! So it is important to have a tool that I can keep many agreement templates in, our different cost structures, safely capture client data, and more. Nothing! The couple of times I was frustrated by a feature, wound up being user error lol, however when I contacted PandaDoc, they were very quick to get on the phone with me to show me where I was going wrong. PandaDoc offers extensive versatility, providing solutions for a wide range of tools necessary for daily operational needs. We use PandaDoc for quoting, marketing brochures and proposals and general contracts.
PandaDoc works with many of the availble CRM platforms and easily becomes an integral and centralized part of our day.
PandaDoc also has a massive online tutorial library with live instructor videos and very accessible customer support. So much of the code is written to allow us to easily create documents and brochures with all the bells and whistles, you almost feel like you're a web designer! As a new user to PandaDoc linked to Hubspot, I found it to be a bit dauntingat first. I wanted to utilize many of the PandaDoc products, but it takes a few minutes to get comfortable with the various programs and initial development of your product or templates. There are so many great things about PandaDoc - the fair price, the countless useful features, the ability to convert and edit documents within the platform, and its interaction with other apps are just a few of my favourites! Plus, the ability to send a link rather than an email has made our lives so much easier. Their template platform and easy mailing options make it the best. I've built multiple templates that I can update with just a click of a button. Sending, tracking, and downloading any service agreements I send out is extremely easy! I use Pandadoc for every single agreement I send out and I haven't had a single problem. The integrations within HubSpot, Stripe, and Zapier are incredible, too. I haven't had a single issue with the integrations. I recommend Pandadoc to everyone. Lastly, the pricing is just unbeatable compared to other platforms! Unlimited sends, revisions, and signees make this platform a no-brainer for businesses that send a lot of virtual documents. I wish the platform allowed the catalog feature without paying extra for it. It seems like such an easy integration to include. I have to manually add all the items I want when the catalog could make it significantly faster. invoicing and payment options without being put behind another paywall. The look of the product seems a little clunky and boxy. Feels a little older. It is not sharp and modern. Could make it more apprehensible.
Some things are not very intuitive. Like Documents and Templates and the sub headings. Sometimes it is confusing .. as to where to click for the stuff I need.
There is a top bar.. and then a side bar .. and they make the navigation a little confusing.
Some things are not informative .. like .. if you edit a document .. means we have to send it again to the receiver. I would have imagined .. that the document would change at the receiver's end. Why do I have to SEND again?
Also, some integration features are not very granular.

There is really nothing that I dislike about Panda Doc. I have other e-sign services but don't use them as much as Panda Doc. The templates and workspace features are invaluable to our team. We have been able to create multiple workspaces for our teams, allowing us to give different access to different team members based on the workspace. I like that it has all the documents that you need in front of you at just one click. It is really fast and east to use and I love that there is an option to email or text to the patient. It is easy for patients to access/use that does not make them confused. I also like that if you have an incorrect email or phone number after you have already loaded it, you can go in and change it and it will automatically send a new document to the email/phone number that you put in. The customer support is also so east to get in contact with and really fast at fixing issues that need attention. The ease of use for both the creator and the signer. Getting certified signatures and information from clients is easy! Hippa Compliant, and comes with a certificate of signature! Families can fill out or sign forms on thier phone, computer, tablet etc.

The only thing I could ever say about PandaDoc that might not be the best is that oftentimes it struggles to make clear what my options are for my uploads, whether I can save it permanently as a template or if it'll end up being a one time upload and will have to recycle the process again for future customers. PandaDoc has been a lifesaver for me and my company. With the pandemic, not all of our clients have felt comfortable returning to our services in person. The biggest issue is having to have an email. Not all of my clients share their emails. I like being able to text links to clients, but I wish we could enter their phone numbers instead of needing the email, just to copy and text the link. The fact that PandaDoc esign documents are HIPPA compliant is essential to our company. There have been a lot of improvements to Panda over the past few years with easier document prep options and better sending options.
We also like the way that forms are easy to use on a cellphone and that we can go into the document and see the progress prior to it being submitted. This is pivotal to our company because we are able to troubleshoot if a parent has problems with the doc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There could still be improvements made to the document prep process. Sometimes it is difficult to get fillable fields aligned well within a document which results in final documents that don't look as professional as they could. PandaDoc simplified our subcontract process. We used to edit a paper copy of our subcontract, email it to the subcontractor, they would review and sign or review and edit; it would come back to us for final signature or approve or deny of edits; it would then either get emailed to them as a final executed subcontract or more back and forth with edits and approvals. Portions would have to de downloaded for signature, uploaded. It was a very big hassle that would not always go smoothly. When I save a created subcontract to use as a template, it doesn't save the information that will be repeated. i have to usually type it in twice for it to "stick".

I use PandaDoc daily for pre-startup checklists that I need our customers to sign. My company was able to send in PDF versions of the checklists, and get them professionally made into PandaDoc templates. They look great and are easy for our customers to complete. You can also take courses on how to create your own templates, if you would like to do it yourself. I have not taken a course, however I am able to easily create my own templates from pre-existing PDFs we have, and they look professionally done. Before I started using PandaDoc, I was sending out the checklists via email, and often received them back incomplete or I had to repeatedly follow up on my emails. With PandaDoc, I am able to make all fields required, and set up auto-reminders plus an expiration date on the document. It was very easy to switch over to using PandaDoc, and now that PandaDoc sends out auto-reminders, I have one less thing I need to worry about. We are slowly integrating using PandaDoc in my office, and my coworkers really enjoy it as well. The customer support is great too, and gets back to you pretty quickly. I am unable to select the time at which a document expires. Sometimes I would like a document to expire at 5pm on a certain day, but it will expire in the morning instead. To remedy this, I usually just extend the document by an extra day if I see it is expiring soon. Hopefully the PandaDoc team will take this suggestion into consideration! Pandadocs is very intuitive the use of variables makes projects that would otherwise be very tedious a breeze to complete. It's ability to promt signers, remind them of pending documents, and to send them a copy once the document has been completed has saved me a lot of time. I've run into problems with signers forwarding the email to another user... This creates a problem becuase they sign their name under the wrong user. They URL called form to send out. They have a counter everytime someone opens it. However the company has had a meeting with me to figure out a work around that is affordable to a small business.
