De saker jag har saknat har jag alltid fått hjälp med att tillföra, så jag har helt ärligt inget negativt att säga om systemet. Hittills har jag inte fått några negativa kommentarer från våra kunder eller potentiella kunder. It´s very flexibel, easy to use and easy to learn, supports the documents we use inhouse, great support and you are very engaged to make it work within our business, it helps us to be creative and you have wide experience from different businesses that helps us to improve ours. Moving over to automation from manual paperwork has saved us infinite time over the last year. We are able to process applicants quicker and hire them earlier than ever before. Great support from our CSM that has been a rock in our journey when going to e-sign.
Really appreciate the features how to interact with the customers (video, chat, deal room (!)). Also important for us to integrate it towards CRM and other systems.
With the proposals, quotes etc, we'll getting more digital in our sales process and utilize the tool a lot more.

User friendly, efficient tool that adds safety to the communication with customers. Makes it easy and safe to send documents such as artworks and contracts for approval. GA helps make the difference also when we send a proposal with the video feature, that adds a personal and friendly touch.

I really like that GetAccept simplifies the contract process by making the contracts easy to send out for digital signature to the end customer as well as the follow-up process when the contracts or offers are sent out.
I also appreciate that you thoroughly can follow the activities in the sent out documents and that you easily can answer the customers questions in the chat-function.

At the moment I have experienced som difficulties when duplicating an offer or contract in the application. The information and fonts differ from the original contract or proposal when duplicating the document, but I have found a decent solution and work-around in those cases.

I think that the whole interface and UX are pretty easy to use and It looks good also.
Easy to understand what the features can do and in generally easy to understand.
I also had a good experience from the Customer Succss Team with follow ups on features - A big applause for the person who are in contact with us/me, she's is very good and easy to communicate with. The only thing I have issues with is on the last page before I send the quote/document.
Many times it can't read the "signers name" then it just said like: Dear "receiver_name" blabla... And then I have to insert you right name manually.

Get accept provides a solution for us to send relly good looking proposals, but also to feel like we are in control of the administration. We can relax and know that no matter what time the customer signs the proposal - they will get all the linked documents for signing as well. We are really impressed by the design/ easy user interface but the best thing GetAccept created for us is the integration flow. We created this together with Getaccept/ Andrea Storvall + Chanelle Stenholm and have to give 10 stars to them and the GA-Team for all the dedication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are not many downsides but there is a slight "auto cutting" of pages when exporting to PDF that you sometimes wish that you could adjust (minor problem). The possibility to edit fields in uploaded PDFs after them beeing sent out is also a "nice-to-have" feature, that you can edit directly when working with GA:s fields. It helps us get an efficient overview over our process and gives the customers a professional and structured offering. It is very easy to use and increasing the interaction with the customers involved in a very nice way.

By changing out our old print-and-copy signature process with e-signatures, document tracking, and real-time notifications, we have reduced turnaround times, and enhanced the overall client experience.

We have had some trouble with some of our customers having to verify themselves before opening the material. Unfortunately, we have experienced that several people skip out because they do not want to enter an email to open an offer. In addition, you can lose track of things if a customer leaves the GetAccept platform and clicks on a link - will they then come back etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One particularly appreciated feature of GetAccept is the chat function, which allows us to communicate directly with the customer regarding the ongoing negotiation and the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Minor improvements could be made to the portal, such as the ability to edit existing recipients for a specific agreement without needing to create a "new version" where we want to add a recipient or change a recipient from reader to signer, vice versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Daniel Palfi was assigned our case, as he quickly spent time to understand our bussiness and work processes. GetAccept streamlines the sales process for our team, making it simple to share the vast array of products we sell to our clients, along with housing process doc, training resources, etc. Sales and training converstaions have become much easier. Often times, partner/product information changes, so we're frequently making edits to our content resources. When doing so, you must remember to then update the resources in rooms where it already exists, which becomes a VERY tedious process. I have used GetAccept at every company I have worked for. The interface is exceptionally user-friendly and includes all the features necessary for digital e-signing. I appreciate how GetAccept is continually enhancing customer value with new tools. The Deals Room is an outstanding feature that offers immense potential. The fact that it allowa me to add a signature to a document but once done on my part i does not show on the document. I have reported this to customer service. It is not often i report thing to the GA customer service but the only time i did, i did not hear back from the. In other issues the customer service have been great! GetAccept is a easy and smart web application for swiftly and efficiently sending offers and contracts to prospects and customers, increaseing the chances of making more deals!
GetAccept is very intuitive and gives the sales team and me as a sales manager a great overview of total sales for the team and for individual sales deals. It even gives us the chance of being really personal with our clients far away as we often send personalized videos with the offers and contracts. I love the fact that I can both e-mail and text message a contract or offer to a customer or prospect, making sure the deal can be viewed/signed regardless of where the signer is.
