We've been using AttendanceBot in our company for several years now, and I can't help but share how much this tool has simplified our lives. Truly, it's the best assistant for tracking work hours and managing leaves.
What I particularly like is its intuitive interface. When I first started using the bot, everything was straightforward and easy to understand. New employees quickly grasp all its functions.
The automation of processes is incredibly helpful – no need to remember to clock in or out. The bot reminds us and handles everything automatically.
The flexibility of settings is another huge plus. We've customized the bot to fit our needs: different types of absences, leave policies, and work schedules. We also use it to track sick leaves and vacations, making it easy to monitor these data.
The analytics and reports provided by the bot are very beneficial for our management. They help us make informed decisions.

The customer service hasn't been great. We have had - and still have- some weird bugs in the platform, particularly as it relates to the channel notifications. I flagged it several times and was told there was no issue, but there remains to be an issue on our end that hasn't been resolved.

My team primarily uses the Punch in/out project tracking feature to claim tools we share that don't support concurrent users. The Slack integration means it takes only one quick command to punch in and select a project, then the whole team is notified in our team channel. Because the notification comes from the bot, it's easy to distinguish it from any other discussion that might be taking place in the channel and to spot quickly whether someone is already using the tool you might need. It's a very simple process and it has saved us a lot of time compared to the ad hoc 'are you using X?' messages we used to send to check in with each other before. I love using AttendanceBot for our time tracking and onboarding new employees or subcontractors. It is super easy to use and integrates with Slack as well. Attendance Bot connects seamlessly to Slack and allows me a detailed way to daily track our various projects and the staff time it takes to complete them. Its quite easy to use! Needs no training. Would like the admin to have rights and access to changing the currency under the Projects and Clients feature to our local currency. With solutions that can be implemented on Cloud platform - This allows clients in other countries to be able to use such service. We love AttendanceBot's integrations; with our payroll platform, Gusto, I can easily send hours from AttendanceBot. While reporting, tracking overtime and seeing who is clocked in & out through Slack is most helpful.
AttendanceBot's customer support is great as well. They always respond quickly to a question and follow through until it is resolved. And the engineering team is very receptive to feedback - even building out some reporting requests for us!
