We moved from PandaDocs to SignNow about a year ago. We had been using PandaDocs for several years but their options for user accounts was terrible. Most of the team needed very limited features and initially we had them all logging in from 1 user account since the cost and their needs didn't align to having individual accounts. We were contacted and informed that this was not allowed so we began a review of other e-signature platforms that had the features we needed at a price that felt right. We landed on SignNow. We have been very happy with the simple templating, ability to upload new docs and add fields in a snap, and the overall management of the signature flows. We'll be continuing with SignNow for the foreseeable future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup of the folders and sharing of documents is a little weird so things aren't always easily findable but we download them anyway and upload all our signed documents to our sompany shared drive anyway, making this a rather moot issue. Also, there is no hyperlink feature that allows me to paste the link for the signable document into an email, which is a feature I used to use regularly on pandaDocs. This may just be a limitation of the account level we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use SignNow in our law firm and it is easy to use and makes life easier for all parties involved. We usually have very tight deadlines on completing our Agreements and this helps speed up the process. SignNow is very easy to set up for the signature process. I have had to contact customer service on a few occaisions and they have been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We use SignNow almost daily in our workdays! Part of our practice involves sealed Court files and we do not want copies of the documents floating around as they are sealed by the Court so it would be nice to not allow signers to download or save the documents. This is an important option that would probably assist other law firms with sealed Court files. It would also be helpful if you had an option to apply initials once placed on page automatically placed in the same place on the remaining pages (time consuming to do this on 50 - 80 page documents). Signnow provides my company with a template sign form that I use as a waiver form for my clients. It is fairly easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of my clients are confused when they click on the link on their phone as it asked them to sign up for signnow and they miss the option to click the button that says sing with mobile browser. A few have been upset as they thought they were being asked to sign up for a service in order to sign it. I would like to see the link go smoothly directly to my waiver form without those complications or potential misdirections for my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the convenience with sending and receiving. I like how easy it is to find documents to upload and send. The site is straight forward and accessible. We use the site every week to manage our documents. Great program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any criticism for the site. I never knew about it before my current job, but I'm glad I was introduced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using airSlate Signnow has improved the efficiency and service levels of my business, and has generally had a positive impact on client satisfaction. The accessibility of the platform for all users is something my clients and I value very much. It is extremely user friendly and intuitive, which helps for all users regardless of their proficiency with technology. Furthermore, customer support for airSlate SignNow has always been very easy to deal with and helfpul overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One aspect of the platform that I tend to find bothersome is the pre-set function when sending to more than one recipient. It is pre-set for recipients to receive the documents in order; however, I would much prefer that documents send to all recipients simultaneously as the default function. I find that sending items that require signing in order has led to confusion amongst my recipients. I am not sure if there is a way to change this myself, but I have simply been more aware of this issue when sending documents. Other than that, I have not had any major problems with the platform. Contains the majority of the features I have needed. Nice to be able to push docs to Google Drive. Reasonably priced. Quite responsive customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Features gaps:
1. I work from templates constantly. It's quite burdensome when I need to change the underlying PDF (e.g. add or subtract a page from the document) and then bring in the prior version's SignNow fields. You end up reconstructing work. In other words, it needs smarter features to support template users.
2. Need the ability to cancel a document sent to a client WITHOUT notifying them you've done this. It is important when want to replace a document but don't want to suprise a client/sour the relationship unnecessarily.
3. Mobile refresh of dashboard is a bit slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Intuitive design makes it easy for new people to get used to the platform, which as a member of the IT team couldn't make me happier. Less expensive than some other more well known products out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If your membership expires like ours did I wasn't a fan of having to set everything up again, users etc. Although the support rep I spoke with did make doing so super easy and pretty much took care of it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to use! Also edit documents, get instant signatures so your client does not have to go through the whole scan / fax ordeal. This is great especially when it comes to closing sales, instantly on the call so you dont have to wait, and get deal fatigue.
Its an easy software to implement / integrate into the flow of your work day. The greatest thing is that the document goes straight into your clients inbox, all they have to do is press start and it will auto fill / auto navigate to the portion of the document you need signed.
Also is a great way to upload client documents, or other documents to edit them, make changes, add different signatures etc. You can also create your own templates to use over and over.
I use this multiple times, every single day.
To top this off any time I have had a concern, customer support is very responsive, and rectifies any issues I have instanty.
Highly Recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only function I wish Sign Now had, is the "blank out" or completley clear portions of a document or template. It would save me time from having to edit my origional PDF that is updated in order to change any wording if I need too, rather than to just put a "line" through it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a very friendly tool, very intuitive and helps manage workflow in a very organized and easy to follow way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like it when it comes to bulk needs. I wish there was an easier ways to upload and sign more than x amount of PDFs at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This product meets my needs, although I would admit that we simply use this for our contracts with our clients. It is easy to setup and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you have to manage multiple types of contracts, the only thing I don't like is you cannot really set these up in SignNow. You must do so in a separate doc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SignNow is extremely easy to use! Every is spelled out for you and easy to find! I use SignNow daily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative comment would be that most of the SignNow emails go to the customers junk folder, but this is with any email that comes from a new place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
its extremly easy to use, easy to explain to clients and makes things fast and rekliable when taking contract information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
only thing i would lke to see an improvment with is the speed of downloading for the contracts and how long it takes to actually be recived by a client Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sign now makes it easy to get documents signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the website is slow when downloading a large amount of files at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a web-based central repository for all of our employment forms, policy & procedure documents, and all other onboarding paperwork, which allows us to eliminate the need for any related paper costs, waste, or filing requirements. It also makes the process seamless for applicants, and the administrator functionality is fairly flexible and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like any other "out of the box" product/service, it is not necessarily going to be able to meet all of your organization's specific needs. Some of the functionality could also be improved, as far as the way document groups are organized, and the ability to view individual documents within a larger group of documents. Better customization of downloading and printing documents within a larger group. Lastly, the ability to edit documents that have been completed for minor revisions within fields like date, DOB, name, where the applicant may have made a mistake and they can just sign off on these revisions vs. having to re-complete the entire set of documents. As a user of SignNow's online electronic signature platform, I've had a genuinely seamless and highly efficient experience in handling my document workflows. The platform's intuitive interface empowered me to create an account, upload documents, eSign, and send them for signing. The entire process was completed within minutes, without any prior training or downloads.
SignNow's robust feature set, including creating eSignatures, managing fillable fields, offering advanced security, and providing reusable templates, has positively impacted the way I conduct my business. Moreover, with their transparent pricing model, I have peace of mind knowing there are no hidden costs upon renewal.
One feature that particularly stands out for me is the role-based document routing, which helps to ensure that documents get to the right recipients in the correct order. Additionally, the platform’s integrations with popular CRMs and productivity apps streamline my workflows, saving me valuable time and effort.
The positive reviews from users across various industries only reinforce my trust in SignNow as a reliable, cost-effective, and user-friendly eSignature solution. Overall, the platform is a valuable asset to individuals and businesses alike, offering both versatility and accessibility in an increasingly digital world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While my overall experience with SignNow has been largely positive, I have encountered a few areas where there could be room for improvement:
Limited Customization: Although SignNow provides templates, the customization options for these templates are somewhat limited. More advanced customization would allow a greater range of functionality for businesses with specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sign Now makes it easy to upload documents, create fillable fields, save templates, and send documents for completion and/or signing. There are a lot of useful options that make Sign Now a very functional site for handeling documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sign Now needs to have much more accessable customer service. Their platform has grown a lot in the past few years, and there are options and functions that I'm sure are avalable that I am not aware of. There needs to be a way of having a one on one meeting with someone from Sign Now who could walk a customer through the various aspects of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SignNow is very user-friendly. I use it, at least, twice a week due to the nature of my job. While I only use specific features every time, I am aware of that there are others available, if needed. In all the years I've used SignNow, I've never had to use Customer Support so I don't have any feedback on that. As the Purchasing Agent for my company I am also unable to give any feedback on implementation or integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only think I can think of is when they changed the menu on the side. The option to upload a document used to be a bit more obvious, now it takes more clicks to get to that point. Not a showstopper, probably just a me thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it allows features like check boxes, signatures, drop downs, and fill in lines/dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It could use a tutorial. I find the "copy link" confusing - meaning, I'm never sure if I need to make a new link for each client I send the same doc to so they don't end up clicking a link that someone else has signed. So that part is tedious, assuming I do have to create new links for each client.
I also think a tutorial would help me use all of the tools better. I only use what I know how to use at this point, because I never have time to play with the other stuff. A tutorial would help save time and allow me to know what's there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont know what airslate is. I do know what SignNow is and I have been using it for a couple of years now. It's a good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SignNow is good a product for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate the end-user results. This is a simple, easy to navigate program which is easy for the person drafting, as well as the persons signing.
I like the easy ability to assign a signing order; to recall requests; the interface as a signer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not come across many dislikes about this program. I would like to see more integrations into Microsoft programs and Legal Applications though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how simple it is to upload documents that I use repeatedly, and simply drop in signature blocks, to create a new template. Then simply create a copy, add an email and name, and done!
I use Sign Now multiple times a day, and it really saves me a great deal of time, allowing me to focus on growing my business.
As for setup and getting started, it couldn't be easier. I'm a total tech dummy, and was quite hesitant. But it literally took minutes to set up, after watching a few videos. It really is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really much! The only thing to make it easier, would be to add a support person to create the templates! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to use. User friendly and easy to understand to send documents online for signatures. Customer service is helpful and attemtive. Organization is nice and the layout is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their could be a nicer cleaner interface. Presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it use to use as the contractor and how easy my clients find it to use. My clients range in age so it is vital that all stage of life are able to use the tool of signing my contracts electroncially with ease and headache free and that is what SignNow offers them! Highly reccommend it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints here! I cant think of anything that I dislike about the site/tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like using the documnet template for our normal service agreements, it makes it very easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the signnow emails go to customers junk/spam folder. You have to remind them to check junk/spam email folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
