Camilo, ¿cómo estás?
Eso sinceramente depende mucho de la organización y los casos de uso que estén abordando desde Botmaker. De todas formas, desde la plataforma podés:
- Ver quién hizo un cambio, a qué intención y cuándo se hizo ese cambio (caso que no esté publicado)
- Para analizar la información tenés nuestros dashboards aunque también podés contratar un servicio donde los datos de Botmaker se envían directamente a una base de datos en vistas de poder visualizar en herramientas como Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, etc. A su vez, podés integrar la plataforma con una propiedad de Google Analytics para ver cómo se mueve el tráfico a través de las intenciones.
- También, tenés la posibilidad de agregar nuevas intenciones y corregir cosas que tus bots no entiendan ya que nuestra IA te sugiere todo lo que el bot está teniendo problemas para comprender.
- Por último, si necesitás múltiples bots que cumplan roles diferentes (ejemplo: un bot de ventas y otro de atención al cliente), los podés crear y tenerlos con intenciones separadas gracias a nuestro feature de multibot. Con esto es mucho más fácil hacer la gestión de intenciones, agentes, etc.

Well, given that chatbots are a multi-use case product. You can literally use it for a varying number of use cases like - scaling demand generation, scaling customer support, improving customer experience, candidate screening, feedback collection, and a lot more.
To get started with WotNot, first, define which use case you want to target and start building your chatbot using the no-code bot builder.
Second, after you've built the bot, add the code snippet on your website so that chatbot is visible to all your website visitors. Alternatively, you can connect the bot to your Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp as well.
Third, customize the look and feel of the chat widget by changing the accent color, adding an avatar, and whatnot.
Lastly, monitor all the data being collected by the bot on Analytics Dashboard to explore areas where the conversation flow can be optimized and improved.
