Loose Women's Brenda Edwards revealed she's feeling great after dropping three dress sizes and explained how she's done it on the show on Friday.
The former X Factor star, 55, who has been cancer-free for nine years now, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 when she was just 46.
And it's clear that her health is understandably at the forefront of her mind.
She said: 'Health is so important. I've realised that over the years with the cancer and everything... Taking up swimming has helped me to drop three sizes.'

Brenda Edwards revealed on Friday's Loose Women that she's dropped three dress sizes and explained how she's done it!

'Yeah I'm still doing that,' Brenda replied.
The TV star shimmied her shoulders and added: 'I've dropped off three sizes now! I'm feeling good.'
The live audience, as well as her Loose Women co-stars all gave her a cheer in the studio.
Earlier this year it was revealed that Olympian Rebecca Adlington had been teaching Brenda how to swim, and Brenda has been updating fans with how it's been going on social media.
A few months ago Brenda also admitted how her cancer diagnosis was what inspired her to change her diet.
Brenda previously told The Mirror: 'Since my cancer I researched what I should eat.
'I was eating a lot of processed foods and not a lot of veg, so spinach is my best friend.

'I love broccoli, salmon and chicken, and I try to stay away from sugars and white wine and be sensible.
'Now I drink gin and tonic, which was Queen Elizabeth's drink.'
Further along in the segment on Friday's episode, Brenda spoke about how her health linked in with how her ambitions have changed in the past few years.
The star bravely opened up about the tragic passing of her son Jamal in 2022.
She continued: 'You've got to stay healthy in order to achieve what you want to achieve.
'I thought I was happy, well, I was happy and content in my life, before what happened with Jamal happened.
'I was doing my job, I was lucky and fortunate that I managed to save and pay off my mortgage.
'Then Jamal passed, I had to move from my house.
'Now I have another mortgage...'
She continued: 'But that has made me reevaluate my whole life.
'Jamal's passing, it made me realise that there was a legacy I need to leave.
'He's left a legacy that I am taking up, trying to continue, the help for the young careers, to give them employment.
'To give them a safe space.
'Before I was doing what I was doing for my children, but now I am doing it because of my children, inspired by my children.'
