More than 400 Kenyan police officers have arrived in Haiti, as a long-stalled international peace-keeping mission begins, to restore order to the Carribean country.
It's been more than 18 months since then-Prime Minister Ariel Henry, who's since been toppled, first asked the UN to send in a security force. But the task of wresting back control won't be easy with gangs now controlling more than 80 per cent of the capital.
