Have applied for the betalingsterminal. Got through a lenghty process that took days. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, i gave them a call, asking them when can we expect to get our terminal, to which they've replayed
"We are sorry, but our money anti laundering team has decieded to reject your application"
What is the reason?
We cannot tell you.
Couldn't you ate least let us know?
We are sorry, we've forgotten.
For 2 weeks we could not open our restaurant because they have forgotten to let us know that they have rejected the application..
We are running 4 different businesses in Denmark with indløsningsaftaler without any issue what so ever.
Anyways, we got in touch, on the same day (Thursday) with Worldline (Bambora) and our terminal is on the way and will be delivered on monday, literally 2 working days process, from the moment of applying to the point when we will have out terminal delivered.
