Wonderful Teknisk Support Team.

I have got my small salon nearly 8 yeas now and I started using Verifone from the opening time. Now I am changing the new version but still from this company. I would say that I always have wonderful support and caring from the Verifone Team.

Thank you so much for helping me a lot through those years. I highly recommended this company for others.

This company is highly recommended

This company is highly recommended. The customer services are totally into the top and in my case it was Nicla that handled my case. The kindness, understanding and fairness's are outstanding. I will be a customer at Verifone for years to come, if not forever. Nicla and other employs at Verifone, gave me to believe how much I can trust Verifone in resolving to the best outcome for the customer.
Thank you so much Nicla for helping me solving my contract and giving your time to do so much more, with fairness and kindness, patients and trust. I want also to send my thanks and greetings to others involved in my case.

The overall experience was good

The overall experience was good. Great communication with the team. They help you overcome any problem you encounter. The service is smooth and works fast. The integration with Shopify is very easy to make, once you have all the keys.

Malene Bertell was great at helping us…

Malene Bertell was great at helping us solve long term issues with our terminals. She was patient searching for the problems and solutions we needed to be solved. She was the first and only one who really cared enough to keep going into a thread of mishapenings. Your the best Malene!!!

I made a 3 year contract

I made a 3 year contract. The company never assists with problems - payments comes without any clear system to my bank. I never had a week without difference in revenue and money transferred to my account. I asked to cancel my contract due to fails and mistakes from Verifone but they refuses to release me eventhough they fully agree with me they have many problems with service and support in urgent cases.

It's a trap, be aware!

I would strongly advice against using Verifone. We've been customers for over 10 years and when we decided to swap to a different provider (by the way, it's possible to find way better and cheaper alternatives out there) we couldn't end the agreement before renewal in January. This means we're stuck with Verifone for another year. In the other words: we're paying for their service, even though we don't use it and we told them to end it before renewal. What a nice and dishonest cash cow.

I'm very glad you've been a loyal customer for so many years. Thank you for that.

Since you gave your resignation in the beginning of December, and not by the end of notice period September 30th, we unfortunately have to follow our terms. Despite of threats of SoMe reviews etc.

Since you've been a customer with us since 2009, I could have hoped that you would have kept aligned with our terms for resignation which changed to the current in 2015. Terms and conditions are always available online on www.verifone.dk as well as our customer service always is at your hand to answer any questions our customers might have.

I hope that your new supplier is the right choice for you and your business.

Have applied for the betalingsterminal

Have applied for the betalingsterminal. Got through a lenghty process that took days. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, i gave them a call, asking them when can we expect to get our terminal, to which they've replayed

"We are sorry, but our money anti laundering team has decieded to reject your application"

What is the reason?

We cannot tell you.

Couldn't you ate least let us know?
We are sorry, we've forgotten.


For 2 weeks we could not open our restaurant because they have forgotten to let us know that they have rejected the application..

We are running 4 different businesses in Denmark with indløsningsaftaler without any issue what so ever.

Anyways, we got in touch, on the same day (Thursday) with Worldline (Bambora) and our terminal is on the way and will be delivered on monday, literally 2 working days process, from the moment of applying to the point when we will have out terminal delivered.

Hi Igor

I am sorry for your experience in connection with the creation of a payment terminal agreement.

Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to repond concretely to your inquiry, as we have asked for your contact information so that I can see what the base for the rejection from the AML (Anti Money Laundry ) team was.

The answer is based on the missing information will therefore be general.

At Verifone, we follow the rules set for AML and if we do not receive the correct information and documents required in relation to e.g right og subscription bank information etc. then we do not have the opportunity to create an agreement.
The normal custom is that you as the customer will be asked to provide the missing or correct information/documents etc. and if this is not received, then the agreement can not be created.

For good reasons I can not comment on how other companies handle these cases.
