RMB Holdings Limited (RMH) invests in financial services assets. The Company is also focused on the property sector. It has interest in FirstRand Limited (FirstRand), a Southern Africa financial services group. FirstRand comprises four financial services franchises: First National Bank, which is the retail and commercial bank; WesBank, which is engaged in the installment finance business in the retail and corporate, and commercial segments; Rand Merchant Bank is the corporate and investment bank, and Ashburton investments, which is an investment manager. Its property portfolio consists of two portfolios: core portfolio, which targets the traditional business areas and includes its investment in Atterbury, and specialist portfolio, which focuses on various areas of the sector and includes its investment in an urban renewal company, Propertuity Development Company.
