Lithuania’s current account surplus widened to EUR 540.4 million in September 2024, from EUR 302.3 million in the corresponding month of the previous year. The goods account deficit decreased to EUR 131.7 million from EUR 217.1 in the previous year, while the services account surplus increased to EUR 848.9 from EUR 677 million. On the other hand, the primary income shortfall slightly increased to EUR 205 million from EUR 203.8 million and the secondary income surplus narrowed to EUR 28.2 million from EUR 46.2 million. source: Bank of Lithuania
