From Transformers Wiki
We need photos of opened toys in all their modes for toy sections, not packaged toy photos, sorry. --ItsWalky (talk) 00:28, 4 March 2014 (EST)
- Apologies, Walky. I'll won't make the same mistake next time. I'll just try to look some official images (with no packaging) if possible. Oh wait, I already have them. (but not that much.) --FigureGunplaFan 4th of March, 2014
User images
Please pick only one userpage-specific image to keep. You're only allowed one. The rest have to go. Thank you. --Inkblot (talk) 09:44, 27 April 2014 (EDT)
- Done. =3= --FigureGunplaFan 27th of April, 2014
- Um, not exactly. Allow me to try and clarify: These images (cut deleted links) are used solely in your userpage. You're only allowed to keep one. The rest will be deleted. Hope this clears thigs up. --Inkblot (talk) 15:11, 27 April 2014 (EDT)
- OK, fixed. FigureGunplaFan 28th of April, 2014

Norio Wakamoto
Just curious where you got the info on Wakamoto as AOE Galvatron. I couldn't find anything on Japanese language pages re; Wakamoto amd Age of Extinction. Recently, a different user added numerous erroneous credits to Wakamoto's article, which is why I'm curious, as there seems to be a font of misinformation regarding his Transformers credits out there somewhere. --DrSpengler (talk) 10:02, 15 July 2014 (EDT)
- Here. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 22:26, 15 July 2014
- Well, that was added by an anonymous user on Wikipedia who didn't cite any sources. I've researched the Japanese sites using various permutations of Wakamoto's name and related Transformers terms and haven't found any evidence confirming his casting as Galvatron. While it may very well turn out to be true once the film is released in Japan this August, at this juncture there isn't any solid evidence confirming such casting. This isn't any knock against you, we've just been having trouble lately with uncited voice acting credits being attributed to actors and an unreferenced credit on a Wikipedia article isn't a reliable source. --DrSpengler (talk) 10:40, 15 July 2014 (EDT)
Robots in Disguise (2001) images
Why are you uploading Robots in Disguise episode screencaps that are identical to ones that are already uploaded, but are smaller and have worse color balance? --Monzo (talk) 07:30, 1 April 2015 (EDT)
- Well...those reuploaded screencaps are from the DVD release of Car Robots, so I thought the picture quality of the episodes are good, so I reupload them. You can undo the pictures if you don't like it. Sorry for the trouble.--FigureGunplaFan 08:00pm, 1 April 2015 (MYT)
- You took them as a PrintScreen cap, rather than saving the image directly using something like VLC, didn't you? - SanityOrMadness (talk) 11:19, 1 April 2015 (EDT)
- FigureG, going through your other Car Robots/RID uploads, some of them ARE quality improvements, such as Hightower, Heavy Load, and Sky-Byte at sunset. As such, I left those alone. However, the random laser beam in the Heavy Load shot is not appropriate for a main image. That will need to be retaken/replaced.
- Regarding any future screencap replacements... depending on the software you're using to screenshot, you're not going to get the best quality out of a given image, even if it's taken from a DVD source. I usually use Photoshop to adjust the "levels"/color balance of an image so it appears more vibrant. If you could provide more info on the process you use to take your screenshots, we can make sure things flow better going forward. --Monzo (talk) 00:51, 2 April 2015 (EDT)

{{stock}}
If there's no series-specific tag, please use {{toystock}} for toy stock images. (or, if it would go in the Merchandise section of a page, {{merchandisestock}}) - SanityOrMadness (talk) 11:19, 1 April 2015 (EDT)
- OK, got it. FigureGunplaFan 10:50a.m, (MYT)
Images of Unite Warriors toys
I just made a category for Unite Warriors toys yesterday. If you upload any more images of Unite Warriors toys, I'd appreciate it if you place them in Category:Unite Warriors toy images. Thanks! -Foffy the Sheep (talk) 12:19, 9 February 2016 (EST)

BotCon Magnaboss
A quick note since you seem to be misinformed - there's no BotCon-exclusive versions of Silverbolt, Prowl and Ironhide. They're just selling sticker sheets to go on the retail versions of those figures. Jalaguy (talk) 08:43, 9 April 2016 (EDT)
- Oh...sorry, mate. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 09:05, 9 April 2016 (EDT)
Mold templates
Stop removing the non-breaking spaces from them. They are there so that a specific toy doesn't have its information broken along multiple lines. Saix (talk) 13:32, 10 April 2016 (EDT)
- Oh, understood...=3= FigureGunplaFan (talk) 22:27, 10 April 2016 (EDT)

Titans Return images
Could you also splice robot mode and head mode images together for Monxo, Furos, Grax, Hyperfire, Sovereign, Nucleon? I would like to, but my photoshop skills are nonexistent. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 23:35, 7 September 2016 (EDT)
- On it. (On the other hand, I've used the copy and paste + select and transparent section + resizing from MS Paint.) Unfortunately, it seems that Furos, Hyperfire, Grax, & Nucleon doesn't have a pic of their own respective heads. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 18:35, 8 September 2016 (EDT)
Bwahahaha!
Always happy to help out. You generally have good content to add, so it's not that big a deal to edit it for you. --Khajidha (talk) 12:58, 29 November 2016 (EST)
Cogman and Nitro Zeus
You do not need to add this to every single Titan Master/Headmaster article. It's pedantic, cluttering, and annoying. Saix (talk) 13:06, 30 August 2017 (EDT)
- Sorry. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 20:07, 30 August 2017 (EDT)
i have augmented the IronjaAm joke. Request permission to change the main pic caption to Keep that Hot Shot away from me!!!
What do you say?
--Rhymus (talk) 18:15, 10 December 2017 (EST)

Deluxe and Legion Hot Rod general retail release?
Hey, what evidence do you have of Deluxe and Legion Hot Rod seeing a general retail release besides the exclusive Autobots Unite versions? I know they're listed at several retailers' websites, but to my knowledge they were never actually stocked and I've also never come across an actual sighting.--Nevermore (talk) 06:13, 27 January 2018 (EST)
- OK, I'm pretty much misinformed. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 06:23, 27 January 2018 (EST)

Authentics vs. Cyberverse
FYI, Authentics and Cyberverse are two separate toylines. They draw on the same base character designs, but each have their own art style and branding. Jalaguy (talk) 12:23, 15 February 2018 (EST)
- Alright, noted. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 13:03, 15 February 2018 (EST)
Stinger pic
"TakaraTomy (Robot Mode) and Hasbro (Vehicle Mode) Stock photos of Studio Series Deluxe Decepticon Stinger, with the bordered pic depicts a vehicle mode stock photography from Takara that is missing two rear view mirror pieces. " The file you uploaded doesn't have any "bordered pic"and the vehicle mode does not have rear view mirrors. Is the vehicle mode pic the Hasbro or the Takara version? Did you perhaps upload the wrong version of the file? --Khajidha (talk) 10:27, 21 May 2018 (EDT) Nevermind, it appears to have been a cache issue on my end. --Khajidha (talk) 10:34, 21 May 2018 (EDT)
Godbomber
You do not need to mention every single combination possible in every toy writeup. A note in Godbomber's own section about his CW compatibility is sufficient. Saix (talk) 13:43, 12 September 2018 (EDT)
- OK. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 13:44, 12 September 2018 (EDT)
Image categories
Remember that when you update and remove stock image templates, you have to manually add in the relevant category for the toy series. S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent 47 (talk) 16:16, 24 September 2018 (EDT)
- Ah yes, I didn't think about that. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 22:45, 24 September 2018 (EDT)
Please clarify
"Meanwhile, Repugnus & Grotusque are re-released without changes and the Scorponok Titan Master included in Grotusque." The part about the Scorponok Titan Master doesn't make any sense. What are you trying to say here? --Khajidha (talk) 07:34, 4 October 2018 (EDT)
- Apologies. I was meant to say that this set doesn't come with that Titan Master. I'll fix it right away. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 08:02, 4 October 2018 (EDT)

Dunno if this is official or not, but when their is an announcment, you mind putting this on the relevant pages? https://www.allspark.com/forums/topic/155525-eleme-delivery-blue-mp-10-convoy-sqweeks/ Escargon (talk) 18:18, 28 October 2018 (EDT)

DOTM Blaster
Hey what's the source of this image? Thanks. --notirishman (talk) 15:48, 27 January 2019 (EST)
- Very likely to be from BWTF. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 20:25, 27 January 2019 (EST)
- Okay, confirmed it. I'll add it to the image. --notirishman (talk) 21:49, 31 January 2019 (EST)
Please correctly categorize your images
While the images you photograph are really good, you should categorize them better. Often times, you forget to put the proper category for their respective toyline, or you just put no categories at all. I fixed some, but I won't bother with the rest. So, in the future, when you upload more, please keep this in mind, thanks. --notirishman (talk) 22:46, 2 March 2019 (EST)

Jetfire (G1)/toys - Generations Silver Jetfire
For the Lucky Draw Silver Jetfire, the description mentions "answers" without the actual question. Could you please elaborate on this? What was the original question, did you have to answer it to enter or to claim the prize if chosen, etc. --King Starscream (talk) 11:40, 10 July 2019 (EDT)
- Ah yes. I forgot. [The question is about which alt mode Jetfire turns into]. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 11:49, 10 July 2019 (EDT)
Generations stock images
This adds on to what I said earlier this year. You've been posting stock images just with the {{generationsstock}} template. For a while now, we have had specific stock image templates for sublines of Generations. Check Category:Stock_image_templates if you're uploading a Generations stock image, since it would likely have a specific template for it's subline. For all the Siege stock images you've uploaded, you would use {{WFCSstock}}. --notirishman (talk) 15:06, 19 July 2019 (EDT)

- I fixed the rest of the Siege toy pics you uploaded to use the Siege template, rather than Generations. It's just easier if you use to the correct template when you upload it, rather than someone else fixing it after, so please please start using those templates. Though, I understand why not for Earthrise, since it doesn't have a template yet. --notirishman (talk) 13:38, 5 October 2019 (EDT)

TFTM Screencaps
Thanks for replacing those movie screenshots! If you get the chance, could you also get the others listed in the "To be replaced" category? My version is unfortunately widescreen, so I can't do it myself. -- Cyberlink420 (talk) 00:55, 14 June 2020 (EDT)
- No prob. I'm working on it. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 01:04, 14 June 2020 (EDT)
Alternate version of RID 2015 commercial
Hi, I see you added an entry to the commercial page for an alternate version of the One Step and Three Step Changers ad from RID 2015, that includes this shot of a kid holding Optimus Prime. Would you happen to still have a link or the video itself saved? I've not been able to find it anywhere myself. --Tigerpaw28 (talk) 23:01, 3 August 2020 (EDT)
- Sadly, even though I remembered that I saved this video a few years ago, I think it's forever lost. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 23:45, 6 August 2020 (EDT)
Hi, trying not to step on anyone's toes. In this edit, did you intend to quote Hot Rod's line from TFTM, or did you deliberately alter it? (i think the exact quote is, "Yep, it's a whopper, all right.")
Maybe a link to Burger King or Robert Stackticon? ...No, didn't think so.
Rhymus (talk) 00:30, 22 December 2020 (EST)
- Yes, I altered it. FigureGunplaFan (talk) 02:45, 22 December 2020 (EST)
Siege Soundwave photos
Hey, just wanted to point out that the the waist should be rotated 180 degrees for the lamp post mode, so that the legs are backwards and the cockpit is facing forward. I actually kept the box flap to keep as a reference for myself when messing with the figure. Aside from that the photos look great! Fanofcoolstuff27 (talk) 18:52, 4 January 2021 (EST)

Scourge image
Please upload that Scourge image as its own image. The file you replaced was used by one of the FunPub Facebook pages, and should remain how it looked in 2016 for accuracy. Escargon (talk) 09:48, 24 September 2021 (EDT)
- Alright. (But I didn't know it was a similar one used by FunPub's FB page, since I made that restoration by myself before you acknowledged it) FigureGunplaFan (talk) 10:51, 24 September 2021 (EDT)
