No evil shall escape my sight.

  • In the late 2000s, Phil Jimenez, in collaboration with IDW Publishing editor-in-chef Chris Ryall, pitched a comic book crossover between the Transformers and DC Comics' Justice League. Sadly, the pitch never came to fruition,[1] in part due to the massive The New 52 reboot project of 2011.[2] Unused artwork by Jimenez himself can be seen in the image on the right.
  • DC has published a handful of comics based on other Hasbro properties, including two G.I. Joe-based issues of their Showcase anthology comic, a Dungeons & Dragons series, and a Justice League/Mighty Morphin Power Rangers crossover miniseries.
  • Artist Jim Lee currently serves as President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer of the company, with the latter position previously held by Dan DiDio until early 2020. Before holding those positions, Lee sold his WildStorm imprint from Image Comics to DC in the late 1990s.
