If you get an "Error 500" when importing a work from AO3 to SquidgeWorld, unfortunately there's nothing we can do. It's an error with the OTW/AO3 code itself. You can test this by trying to import that same AO3 work into a new work on AO3; it'll produce the same error. There's an admin news post about this issue here.
Other than that, there are currently no further known issues with the Archive software. If you suspect a bug, please contact us via the links at the bottom of the page.
