In my previous place I had jasmine growing on a trellis that was far too small for it, on the side of the carport. I decided to replace it with something a little less exuberant, but it tooks years of cutting and poisoning before I could get rid of it.
Meal prep is well underway. Dough for rolls is rising, yoghurt is draining and filling for cottage pie is simmering. Now I just need to form & bake the rolls, do the potato topping for the pie and chop up five meals worth of salads in various forms.
and he can get any web-spinning spiders that might try to take up residence in the little hole at the end of the fabric rolls. I think he’s a perfect sewing room pet.
I found where my huntsman is hiding out, he’s in the cupboard protecting my fabric rolls.
It’s my last day off before the nose is back to the grindstone, including a day working down in Melbourne. Today will therefore feature meal prep, washing and gerneral last day sadness. Just a couple more weeks to get through and I have 12 days off to do as I please. Very much looking forward to that.

That’s only half right. Green are unripe fruit of any variety, but the yellow, orange and red are different varieties.
Fruit & veg box arrived. I have sooooo many limes now! The capsicums are red this month instead of green which is nice.
Washing is on, floors are vacuumed, bread is cooking and my fruit & veg box should be delivered soon. I really should do some menu planning.

That only applies to mechanical sewing machines. The ritual for the computerised ones is ‘turn it off, then turn it on again’. If this ritual doesn’t work drinking the rum is still the appropriate next step.
A rather large huntsman has moved into my lounge room. Probably a good thing, I’ve seen a few people complaining about a lot of white tails around at the moment.

I just got home and saw there is a big concrete pump a few houses down that I think is the 3D house printer. I will definitely have to walk down for a sqiz once it’s cool enough this evening.

A mixed batch with 2 hamburger buns (kept flat by putting a small loaf tin on top of them and two standard rolls. I also used a bit of dough to make some crackers, to go with some vegies and dip for snacks.
